The halls were under construction which I can understand but it wasn't pleasant. The hallways smelled like marijuana. The room wasn't clean at all. Hair all in the bathroom on the toilet and in the shower that wasn't ours. There was also mold in the shower and a ton of dust by the vent in the main room. Just unacceptable things. The beds weren't comfortable. Pillows were also uncomfortable. The room was dark and outdated. We had a courtyard room but there was a whole hockey team running by our room until after 11 pm. I unfortunately got sick during my stay which made it worse, but trying to sleep through all the noise was impossible. Complementary breakfast was picked over by 8am so my kids didn't even get any. All in all it needs upgrades, better cleaning staff. Not to mention I paid $255 US for the night. Definitely not worth my money.

The lobby was beautiful

The room was old and dirty. The shower didn’t work. The room didn’t match the lobby at all in terms of elegance. The room had an adjoining room through a door and we could hear everything they were talking about crystal clear. It was awful. No sound proofing at all.

I’ve come to this property a few times in the past and I liked the location and the courtyard.

My recent stay was very disappointing. I booked a deluxe king room for the night and requested a courtyard room in the comments. When I arrived I was told I had to pay an extra $70 for a room upgrade in the courtyard which I was okay with because I thought I was getting the king room that I booked. When I got to my room I had 2 double beds and a very noisy fan that sounded like a boiler room buzzing all night. I called the front desk about not getting the room that I booked and was told that there’s no king beds available so they just gave me 2 beds instead of informing me at checkout before charging me more for a room that was cheaper that what I booked. The room was dirty and possibly had bugs as I was extremely itchy after waking up the next more but was in a rush to get to work so I was not able to check the beds. The person in the room next to me was screaming all night and dragging around the patio furniture on the balcony all night long resulting in not getting much sleep. Overall I will not be returning to this location again after my most recent stay due to cleanliness, inconvenience, and many other issues.

It was dirty. The first room I booked had food in the tub and on the bed. Went to the front desk and they gave us another room. Walking in, Checked the pull out couch and bed as I do in every room I’ve stayed in, and found a maggot in pull out couch. First smell I was hit with when walking into our new room was the smell of marijuana. Kids running through the hallways all night. Party in room next room. It was filled with about 20 people.

The room smelled like cigarettes and housekeeping did not have any air filters because too many people with the same complaint. Had to sleep with the window open because of the stench. Mind you, it was January in Buffalo NY..freezing. The bathroom was disgusting with mold all over the grout, bathtub peeling, sink with cracks and shower that sounded like a riding lawn mower when turned on. The front desk charged my debit card 3 times even after I complained, after I discovered the error the first time. Just bad all around.

Staff was nice. Hotel room was a little pricey for what it was.

The other hotel we stayed at was much cleaner.
