Breakfast fair. Motel needs remodeling and improvement with cleaning

Terrible service, they never came to clean my room the whole 3 days I was there. The room was dirty and the light was flickering in the room. It’s was suppose to be queen bed but it was a full.

Literally every, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemies.

The woman who ran the breakfast buffet was very congenial and helpful. We also liked their new coffee dispenser; it started with a concentrated coffee stream which was then diluted to normal strength with additional hot water. However, since I like a stronger coffee, I removed my cup before the dilution weakened it. Nice.

The elevator was out so we requested a ground floor room. The side exit door did not lock properly all of the time so the security was weak.

The pool.

The elevator was not working. N they gave me a room up stairs. One of the entrance door was broken so anybody could walk in. It was no chairs to sit outside after the pool was closed. Shady people was staying there. Some of the staff seem creepy.

Clean,quiet and smell good. The bed also slept good

The coffee was not good. The coffee maker wasn't for that type of coffee

Young lady with cleaning team was very nice. Front desk staff Teresa was very very nice and pleasant.

This hotel is only good for the location Very deceiving description oof the room and hotel advertised outside. Complained to the manager of the hotel of the itchy room and was told he could not accommodate me complaints should be made 5 mins are checking in. I was bitten by some sort of bug on my neck and was seen by a doctor who stated it was a type of bed bug

The bathroom was so small and dirty, the room stank so bad we had to spraying deodorant to make it bearable. The sheets were stained and the pillows smelled bad. The bed was totally uncomfortable. The worst hotel ever.

Website pics are deceiving, bathroom in a closet , beds should be a queen , rTV super small , no towel hooks to hung your towels

The breakfast was good and the worker was very nice and professional. Everyone was very courteous and professional!!

The water pressure in the bathroom sink was not as strong.

Staff person at front desk was on the phone yelling at a customer about a lost cellphone. He was rude and mean. Not a great way to greet in-coming guests! Floor was dirty, only one tiny trashcan, space looked like a rough patch job at best -- rusted fixtures and chair, paint chipping. Thin walls. For newly renovated, this room was not to par. The area around this hotel was sketchy at best. A lot of foot traffic that looked mostly like vagarants

The sign said renovated rooms... OhYEAH!!!! Other people must've got those rooms!!!! I don't know about your stay but My room was a HOTTTT MESS..the AC did NOT work properly...It was on 61 all day and it still was not cold in that room...the bathroom lights were AWEFUL (1 light over the toilet)could barely see was it a 20 watt bulb...No light over the mirror like most hotels have... the drawers wouldn't stay closed, the frig was dirty the mirror was dirty, cigarette burns on tub,the remote was dated,the walls,the doors..this room is a TOTAL MESS!!!.this room clearly was NOT RENOVATED!!!! I'm the Dumb one I should've checked right back out!!!! SMHH!!!

The bathroom is a little small and you need somewhere to hang your bath towel and your rope
