Facilities are a bit run down, but on par with what you would expect from an economy hotel.

The place was close to the navel base.

When I checked in the door to the staff room was open and it was filthy. Not the best start. The air-conditioning was noisy so I had to turn it off and the bed was not so comfortable.

The location was ideal, plenty of restaurants nearby and close proximity to Naval base. The fitness room was fair.

The rooms were filthy and some reeked of mildew. Cleanliness could have been much better.

Bo was very helpful during our stay. Very quiet and clean. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise!!

Our room door was a little hard to open and the top lock was replaced by a very flimsy chain. But I felt safe due to location and how quiet it was.

I loved the location. And the front desk staff was great.

The room was not clean at all. And I had to buy cleaning products to clean the room myself.

Just take an extra couple minutes to check the walls and clean the showers. Otherwise great stay

It was convenient to the Naval Base.

I checked in and went to the room. I pulled back the covers and the sheets were badly stained. She moved me to another room and those sheets were just as bad. She then got upset with me and told me that she couldn't put me in another room because it was their policy after 2 rooms they had to check me out. She said that because I went to the rooms and pulled the covers back that she was jow down 2 rooms and she didn't have any maid staff to go and make up those beds. Then she told me that I had to get my money back from Booking.com because that's how I booked the room. I said ok, and she checked me out. I called Booking.com and they said that they had to call the property and get their side of the story. I told them that they could do whatever they wanted and that I would dispute the charges with my CC company. Later that night, around 2am, the property tried to run my card again and it was declined. So, not only was the property unsanitary and nasty, they fraudulently tried to make me pay for a room a second time that I never stayed in. I'm actually at the point where I want to take legal action against them. I know that I'm skeptical about using Booking.com again also
