We asked for toiletries - toothpaste - never arrived . Head hats for showering were brought after. But this is not a big issue. Concierge in lobby very helpful- Starbucks in lobby very convenient and service there was great .

Paid on a third party and got charged on my credit card plus third party. I made reservations for Monday instead of Sunday the front desk staff member name Devon said it was fine to cancel and I will get a full refund and to to rebook my stay. I called the hotel to speak to management no call back or no refund. I called on Tuesday and spoke to a staff member who said he was going to get management to call me and never received a call or a email. Devon who told me I could get a refund and I still got charged. Horrible experience! Never again. Staff needs more training and guidance. I told the front desk I paid on a third party and he told me the 219.00 were for incidentals hold but he charged me for a full stay. The hold was supposed to be 100 and I got charged the full night. Horrible!

Parking was full and we had to park late at night elsewhere and walk back to the hotel. It was a crazy busy time in Philly for th Taylor Swift concert so the hotel was full. It would have been nice to guarantee parking. Also, the hotel jacked up prices for the event so it was way overpriced for the visit.

Overall, it’s a great hotel and I would consider staying again if not every room is as transparent to the room next to it.

I could literally hear the couple talking at a normal volume, in the next room, as if they were in the same room as I. They heard us talking. We could hear each other so clearly that we carried a full conversation through the wall with the neighboring guests without having to be near the wall. Absolutely no privacy.

It was a nice location with plenty of paid parking. The hotel is beautiful and family friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was big. There was plenty of seating available in the room.

The AC in our room was really loud!

Convenient location

Lobby bathrooms were a mess. On one side of the lobby the women's restroom was out of order. The other women's restroom on the other side was dirty, and out of toilet paper and paper towels. On top of that, the staff lost our bags and almost made us miss our train home.

lounge area for Marriott Bonvoy lacked good food choices and drinks. Ongoing coffee and water would be ideal. maybe have this area more secured? code it off and make it more difficult for those who are not truly members to go in ? Please offer better, continuous food choices.

door lock was broken. had to call and ask for a valet attendant cleaners were outside my door so loads with cart at 8am check out not till noon was so disrespectful
