L’emplacement
Vieux tapis qui avait de l’air sal.. mais j’imagine qu’il était propre. Et ma femme m’a dit qu’elle avait mal dormi à cause des matelas.. qui paraissent peut-être déjà vieux et qui sont peut-être dues à être changés.

Le petit déjeuner était très bien. L’emplacement de votre hôtel et la vue est extra‼️mais votre personnels très peu souriants et sympathiques

carpet was dirty, patio door and shower glass were not clean and the bathroom didn’t get cleaned or towels changed while we where there.

melting snow create huge water pond that car has to drive through in the parking lots.

Nice location
Staff service the worst I have seen in Quebec province. Sub total charge for the room in the receipt was different from what was booked. No replies on the email sent directly to the hotel, reply was obtained only after sending a claim via booking.com.

In Room 403 was an horrible noise, a whirring , feeling like sleeping in a ship cave. Électricité plug did not work so our cell phone was no charge so we past our wake up Time. Lucky we did not have an excursion planned . Thé fier alarm batteur was out so the noise of the signal top change the battery. Finaly everything to bother…

Breakfast was excellent. Due to covid standards ( July 2021) no other food or drink available. Restaurants around the hotel were mainly shut so getting food was a challenge

Amazing location. Amazing view. Very big and clean rooms (and bathroom). Sounds proof room. all in-room amenities you could need. Nice staff.
Bring back the cleaning at least 1-2 during the stay (vs. after 5 days IF you stay more than 2 weeks)
