Back door wasn't access controlled

We enjoyed the location, The breakfast was great and the staff was helpful and friendly.

It was a very muggy weekend it seemed as if our AC was not functioning properly.

Breakfast was good. Nice shower. I worked out at the gym once and it had decent equipment and I was all by myself, I liked that.

I was in room 410 and the floor needs to be replaced. There are planks sticking up and it’s a safety hazard.

Location close to family

Described as a double room and double bed but bot as described and price changed per night by about $75. The room had two beds and manager stated they have no double rooms at all. Lastly the bathroom had ants. I took short video but didn't report it because he receptionist didn't interact with me only chatted with the other customers. Last but not least there were customers who had a party half the night that keptme awake and they hotel was aware and they said described it as a hilarious night, so I didn't report that either but I left two nights earlier than I booked.

Parking $21.00 RIDICULOUS

This is the location we wanted.

We got moved to a room with 2 single beds after booking a king room. Also the room didn't have a comfortable chair to sit in, only one hard chair.

The hotel had a modern theme and seemed clean. Check in was easy. It was quiet. There was a workout area.

No shuttle service. On booking,com it said there was shuttle service to Sprint Center (T-Mobile Center) and other areas. There was no shuttle at all and staff said when the shuttle service was running, it does not go to T-Mobile Center. We were in town for Big XII basketball tournament at T- Mobile Center so I specifically picked a hotel that advertised shuttle service there. So basically they lied about shuttle service which really was disappointing. The rooms were decent but beds seemed smaller than Queens. It had a fitness center but both treadmills were broken. There also were no towels or water in the fitness center.

It’s in walking. distance to restaurants and bars in Westport

Waited almost a hour for our room even though we were there 6 hours after check-in. ZERO hot water for showers! No one in our group could shower.

the location of this hotel was perfect for us & the room itself was nice.

the staff were so unfriendly & the check-in process was an absolute disaster. we were under the assumption we could check in @ 3p based on the website so we arrived - from out of town - to check in then. they told us there were no rooms available yet & offered us a free drink voucher @ the hotel bar. it was 4 hours before we were given a key to a room. absolutely ridiculous & unfriendly service!

Shower didn't work, picture literally fell off wall. Curtains ripped...Bedspread filthy...breakfast downstairs was a joke,terrible. Out of coffee had to go up a flight and get from front lobby. Sorry , would not recommend...Marriott worst one ever. RJ and John were the only bright spots.

The location is nice. Clean modern style rooms. Friendly staff.

Having to pay for parking. $15 pathetic breakfast — Quality Inn style breakfast.

I like the location because it's central and easy to get to everything.

I didn't care for the fee to park or the trash Breakfast. I would stay again.
