Coming into the hotel was not impressed. I felt like I should’ve been greeted. However, I was accommodated with a room switch. With no problem.

The area and cleanliness. Bed was good and room spacious

The refrigerator was too loud the tub leaked all the time and you can hear the doors constantly slamming.

Parking was free and hotel os close to everything that is family friendly.

The hotel rooms had unfinished construction - large holes in the bathroom where the light fixtures should be. As well as headboards that were not attached to the bedframe or mounted to the wall. The lights on the bed frame didn't work, and lamps were missing bulbs. There was a huge roach on the floor of the 3rd floor hallway.

Puedo solo decir que la ubicación. Era cercana a McDonald's y un wallgreens. Los recepcionistas. Muy amables y educados.

-Limpieza de las habitaciones era pésima. -El desayuno era muy precario. No tenía nada de variedad(solo había pan,mantequilla,cereal y leche). - La cama y el frigobar sonaban demasiado - Los pasillos y asesor olían a marihuana frecuentemente. Muy mala experiencia.

If I could give a zero star review, I would. Absolutely everything was completely disgusting and unlivable. My daughter and I stayed only 30 minutes, we were both coughing sneezing, could hardly breathe due to the mold, mildew and filth in the room.

I’ve reported this hotel to the health department. It’s that bad. I went through booking.com for this “hotel”, after I reported my complaint to their customer service, he notified the front desk attendant and told him exactly what I said. The front desk attendant had the nerve to say out loud that I claimed the room wasn’t big enough. They’re trying to hang on to every penny, they can scam off of people for these filthy rooms, do not stay here!!!!!

The property was nasty, bugs on the floor in the rooms, bathrooms not cleaned and the beds were dirty. When I asked for an ice bucket for the machine, it was dirty and broken. I put a bag inside of it and then the machine didn’t work. They told me at the desk that they didn’t work after the fact. There were no utensils for the breakfast, which was bagels and cereal, so the guest were getting the bagels by hand which the bagels were stacked on top of each other.

The hotel is old and worn. In the first room we were given the light inside the room wouldn't come on so, we asked to be switched to another room. In the second room we were given the shower went out and someone had to come and fix it. Eventually, it got fixed but the hotel looks good from the outside, but the inside is not that great.

Old hotel, could use some cleaning and upgrades to the rooms.

La limpieza es muy mala solamente limpian por encima todo muy sucio y las camas muy mal arregladas y el desayuno les debería dar vergüenza llamar a eso desayuno incluido prácticamente sólo tienen café. Y pan para tostar

Hotel velho, quarto EXTREMAMENTE SUJO, nao teve limpeza/arrumação em nenhum dos 5 dias que fiquei, papel higienico tive de pedir na recepção. Toalhas velhas e sujas, tinha lata de refrigerante por baixo da cama. Segurança ZERO, hotel nao tem câmeras nos corredores, ficamos apreensivos de deixar itens de valor no quarto ao sair. Nao tem controle de entrada e saida de pessoas, se sumir coisas no quarto, nao tem como saber.

Estuve sólo una noche. El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, cercana a ICON Park, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, el transporte público pasa a una cuadra, hay muchos restaurantes de comida rápida cerca, restaurantes y actividades diversas, también outlets. No pude elegir mejor opción de acuerdo al precio. Habitación bien, atención bien, podrían mejorar con el desayuno pero para lo que se paga es justo.

Mejorar el desayuno, creo que es lo único que no logró satisfacer mis espectativas, estuve sólo una noche y pués, de acuerdo a eso, comparto mi experiencia.

The location was good, we walked everywhere.

NO POOL available :(, one day there was no coffee all day, the room service girl took my towel & then told me I had to go to the front desk to get a new one.

The check-in was fast, the girl at Reception Diana is very friendly, the room was clean and very comfortable. They have breakfast and free parking 😃

The pool was closed for maintenance

The attention of Diana reception staff was very good, very convenient location near the outlets and parks. Very comfortable rooms. We will be back!!
