The staff were friendly and tried to fix mistakes that were made.
They upgraded me to a room I didn't want and then I had to request sheets, pillows, and blankets after I told them I needed the pull-out bed. Then they charged me for the room after I'd already paid for it. They are trying to fix that, though, and offered lots of complimentary things to make up for it.

I would stay there again. It's pet-friendly and is close to my son. Good price, good location and a quality hotel.
The power was turned off for a while because the power company was doing work in the area.

Restaurant hours to short

Location to Moffitt cancer hospital.
I reserved a room from September 1 until September 5 due to surgery at Moffitt. My wife and son were to stay there during my stay at Moffitt. The surgery went well and I was able to get released from Moffitt the next day. My wife and son checked out on September 3. I requested a refund for the remainder of the reservation. The staff indicated they would be glad to provide the refund only I had to go through my booking agent which I did. Still have not received any refund.
