We did not eat breakfast because I wanted scrambled eggs and bacon so I just got a cup of orange juice

Etwas dunkle Zimmer und das Frühstück ist nicht sehr gross.

We arrived at 3am in our hotel to find the bed sheets soiled with what looked like pee and poop stains. The AC unit was loud and there was for sure something wrong with it as it did not sound like a normal AC unit more like a freight train on and off. We informed the hotel staff of our findings and even showed them a picture we took of the bed sheets - she asked us if she could forward that picture to her email which she did. We received a call from the manager a few hours later informing us that they were truly sorry about the sheet issue and that they issued us a 2000 point credit on our account since we booked through a third party and they couldn't refund us any money, As of today 4 days later we still have not received those promised credit points. We have stayed at this hotel every year when we travel to Tampa but needless to say this was our last time. It was just truly the worst experience we had out of all our hotel stays.

Dirty bed sheets Loud AC that was clearly not working properly

Very quiet and the room was super comfortable.

No negative issues at all. Just wish I could have stayed longer than two days.
