Breakfast had a decent selection.

My room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke each time I entered it.

Everything was good. No complaints at all. The place was clean and the staff were friendly.

The rooms I booked could have been closer. The stay was great though.

Breakfast was fine, though a little more selection with the hot plates wouldn't go amiss. Coffee was nice and hot, orange juice was nice and cool and fresh. Very comfortable room. Great choice of tv channels. Very comfortable bed. Front of house staff were exceptional: very knowledgeable and friendly.

I think there was a sports team in the same corridor as me who were very noisy until the late hours. Although there was a no smoking policy, the corridor did smell a little bit "herbal" but didn't bother me too much.

it was very comfy, the room was a great size, bathroom shower had great water pressure, the black out curtains made it seem like the sun never came out. also the cheapest hotel I could find !

the tv didn’t work but it’s okay we don’t really use TV, the fridge also was a little broken I think but it’s okay ! it worked fine.

The location was ideal.

It was very noisy at night. The guests were allowed to congregate in the lobby for hours. They were disturbing for those of us that wanted to rest. Didn't like it

Convenience of being nearby PVD airport, as well as the easy airport shuttle.

Hotel staff had no idea how I might actually reach their location from Amtrak's PVD station. People—often staff—were yelling outside my door all night.

The staff was very friendly (Bob) when we checked in. They had no issue with us checking in an hour early. The Breakfast was the best breakfast I have had at a Holtel since covid. The room was clean. The lobby was clean. The shower had lot of pressure. It is a very nice place to stay if you don't need a pool or traveling with your pet. I will stay there again if I don't have my children who like a pool or if I am not traveling with my Jack Russel.

Room floor wasnt swept/vacuumed, Toilet had to be flushed 3 times. Pillows way too soft. No clean blanket in the closet.
