I didn’t get to stay for breakfast at the staff member who check me in and check me out. We’re really great. The place for super clean and I would absolutely stay there again since it’s so close to the airport.

The room was very clean and the king bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was absolutely clean and smells good ☺️. Also I love the breakfast buffet next time have grits lol!
I didn't like that the cable service wasn't working great at all!!! I couldn't watch no sports or any show because of the bad connection it was having. The young lady at the front desk said that is was temporary down because they are changing wifi service.

Friendly staff and clean and comfortable wide room.
The heating system was a bit too noisy when the heat would automatically turn on.

The cleaning staff serviced our room three hours before checkout time, and threw out all of our toiletries. Likely $100 in toiletries. The front desk did nothing about it, aside from seemingly leaving notes for managers. The managers never returned our calls.
Bonus: our room had no hot water!!
Very disappointed, and would advise others that this franchise is clearly very poorly managed and the staff are essentially incapable.

Front desk staff was super personable. Breakfast was good.
Room was completely not touched or was someone else's room 🤔. Me and my girl were taken back and when I went to the front desk it seemed like they were slightly under staffed

I wanted to extend my stay by one night and was told just to bring both cards down to rekey . When the next person came on duty they told me I had to go through booking. Com to do it i did and showed her the conformation. Later she wanted to see it again toget the number. I had deleted it and had trouble finding it. She told me I would have to have. I told her to forget it amd went through hig to book a room at another location. In short it was bad service.
