Easy to get to. Clean and comfortable.
I arrived late because of road conditions on hiway one. It took a while to check in as I lost my ID. They were a bit confused ,the situation got resolved.

Main Street in Morro Bay was only 5 minutes away, that was great
The bed, it was stiff/hard, and I dont know what they were holding the mattress up with, but they were metal boxes. They were noisy every time you would move

Nice updated very clean room. Staff was very nice.
Some rooms on the property need a assist bar installed to enter the room due to the threshold height. It would be an excellent safety precaution.

I did like the location.
Booked a queen, when was given a room with 2 doubles. Water pressure is horrible at best. Was told around 9am washing towels, that water pressure would get better after 9:10am. Took showerat 10 and still horrible.

Booking .com doesn't tell you how much extra money it's for pets.was looking for best deal and after getting there paying another 100 bucks for pets wasn't a deal.all booking.com said a small fee for pets.. Also 1/2 of the rooms are rented out monthly

very good place to stay. quiet and clean.
I’m used to sleeping on a memory foam mattress. so in all honesty most all places disappoint on the bed.

Heater didn't work in the room coffee in the room but no coffee pot to make it smh

Tv's are like 20-24" super small

all the people in and out. the ice machine and drinks are in the office which they keep locked so you have to bother them to unlock the door and you can tell by there facial expressions, they were bothered. same with towels!

I like that it is located easy access to highway in Morro Bay and about halfway to Cayucos. The bed was very comfortable and that is very important for me since I have had 2 back surgeries in the last 4 years. It is clean. The staff is wonderful and friendly.
If you are wanting to be in the heart of downtown within walking distance, you are a little out but still close enough for biking etc. It isn't right in the middle of downtown but Morro Bay is small enough that nothing is really out of the way. Nothing I didn't really like.

Easy check-in, check-out and easy access to the room. The room condition is better than expected as I read some of the previous reviews. Location is perfect for me as I was traveling from San Francisco via Big Sur to Los Angeles, so this is a good stop, value for money for the type of room provided. There is also a tv, coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room.
The bathroom is indeed small but manageable. The fan is working well and just nice during fall.
