Above us, could hear the bed movements during the people private ‘activity’ . Disturbed our sleep. With the hotel not full, they could have placed them in another room.

Having just been refurbished, the property was in tip top condition. It had all the necessary amenities in the room to get by comfortably for my family. There was also plenty of food available in close proximity.

It is hard to point out anything in particular as my stay there was really short.

The room was recently redone we believe. It was very nicely decorated and pleasant. The staff at the hotel are really friendly and helpful.

Asked to check in early and they made it happen and really easy check in. 1 block from the embarcadero super quiet easy to find parking and really big rooms.

The mattress was old and lumpy.

Rooms were big. Friendly staff.

They said it was a room with a view. The view was the parking lot. Not good at all . Bed were a little hard.

There was no breakfast, so that was disappointing.

There was a “service fee” charge on top of what was pre- paid thru 3rd party. When check out desk clerk was asked, she referred us to the small print, not very honest on hotel part to charge an additional $80.

The guy working the front desk was really nice.

Parking spaces were to small

There was construction being done during my stay. One man was breaking the furniture in the parking area and my window has chips in the glass. I have tried a number of times to email them. Now they are not answering. There are over 10 chips in my window.

Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Love the location.
