Location and relative price.

Room was a bit cold even with heater on.

There was a little mixup, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, and I thank them.

Was given a dirty room that I hauled lots of luggage to to find out then had to wait for another room and was promised my resort fee would be waived which still has not happened after multiple phone calls

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Location. Price. It was a place to sleep for one night before we checked into our very nice condo elsewhere on the mountain.

This hotel was obviously built in the 1950s and has never had an upgrade. It needs major renovation.

Loved the man who checked me in, very friendly and kind. Had a great experience with him, and he helped me with great directions and hospitality.

The older lady that checked me out (possibly a manager?) repeatedly told me my credit card was not working. She treated me like I was trying to skip out on paying. In the end after a trip to two atms and about an hour on the phone with my bank it turned out she put the expiration date in wrong while trying to charge my card. Wasted an hour of my time and was rude about it.

noisy screaming people keeping everyone awake until 4am, nothing the staff would do about this or to apologise the following day. disgraceful

The location was absolutely beautiful! The smell of the air was so fresh and full of life!

The room was weird, the lamp had to run through the middle of the room to plug in. You only had a small 10 inch by 10 inch fan to help keep you cool as there was no AC, the bed felt slanted like we we laying with our heads downhill and the mattress felt extremely wore out, the pictures on the wall were so slow you couldn't see them behind the TV which we found odd as well as so outdated like they were from the 70s, the room had a very odd smell, walkways had press boards covering holes going to the floors below. In all I get location increases cost but compared to other options in the area.....was not worth what we paid...

Room was clean, staff was good. The location is perfect.

The air conditioning in all rooms were not working. I had to keep the door open to stay cool while I was sleeping.

Fortunately, we were upgraded to the Viewline Resort. The couple we were traveling with was not...based on their experience I could not be more grateful we did not stay at Wildwood.

It is in a nice setting!

The staff was incompetent! We check out the property at 11 am and talked to the desk. Came back at 4 to check in and it took 45 minutes to check us in. They were struggling to find us a room. Finally got to our room and the bed frames were coming apart. There was a teenage party going on at the pool with Spanish music. Called the desk no response, went down and to the desk and tracked down the front desk person out front and requested that the music be turned down or have us moved. She could not do either. She was Spanish speaking , frankly did not know if she understood or not. The music ended at 945pm then we laid our heads down and realized that the pipes were banging inside the room. It was a miserable night!
