The area was rich with stores and restaurants. When I requested a room by the road I was told no way. Some housekeepers were kind. I had extended my stay and for a week and a half I had no clean towels or sheets. The housekeeper picked the dirtys and never came back. I went to the desk about 4 pm and made a request for them and I think it was a language problem. I went to Goodwill and bought a set plus towels.

Staff. And room choice. Some folks told me they were offered rooms by the exit or roadside, but they requested under the stairs and got them. I spent my 1st two days washing dried snot off the walls.

me and my husband found a used heroin needle inside of our room, I am a nurse and know what an insulin needle looks like. when we told management they said they would swap to a smaller room without the fridge and microwave we paid for, definitely will not stay here again

Everything was fine and i was given a first floor room by the gentleman who previously had denied them as i had requested. The room location was perfect because i literally was able to park right outside my door arriving and coming back later as it was not overly busy there that night.

Room 134 Smoking room 1 person.The only negative was that when i turned the tv on, it kept saying no signal, so i gave up trying, as i was getting ready to go out for awhile..Later on, after i came back from a night out, i tried again and it said the same thing. I had time to play around with it, so i unplugged the cable wires in back and replugged them in and it must have reset itself because i got a signal after that. My rating would have been higher had the tv worked from the start. My suggestipn would be to check each room's remote and tv maybe at the time it's cleaned, simply by turning it on to make sure it's properly working and if it doesn't go on or gets an error message, have your maintenance person fix before renting out again for the day. The customer shouldn't have to screw around with it and should just be able to turn it on with the remote and have it work properly. Also, every smoking room should have an ashtray. The last few i rented had none, but i brought my own or have used my car one. One room i was given in the past, had four of them. I'm sure the customers sometimes take them, but they should be charged for them if they do. Also the sink leaks from the back of the handle when turned on. Other than that, the room was fine.

The room was ok as it usually is. Previous time in the same room tv didn't work but they since fixed it so that was good. Those things should be checked eavh time, i would think before room is rented. All in all, for under $100 i don't expect much other than a clean room, adequate bed, hot water in bathroom and shower and working tv and no shady characters bothering me. All these things were adequate on this stay there, so i was fine with the room.

My only complaint is that this was the third time in a row there that i had requested a first floor room if at all possible due to a bum knee, but was not given one. Every time before, i was always given one. I request it in the special request section at my time of prepayment online of my room, including these last three times and i always get an email back saying this is not a problem, yet one particular employee continuously gives me the same SECOND floor room and when i ask for first he says no none available. I figure they have their money in advance from me and have already sent me confirmation that my request will be no problem to fulfill, that it will be fulfilled, but one person continuously doesn't honor my request like every other front desk person has always done before. That's my only complaint really.
