Good food in the dining room.

The heating was broken, the sheets/bed had stains on them as if someone spilled something

Broken bed. Broken microwave. Never offered me nothing. Very loud water pipes. Broken toilet.

wonderful room with a hottub, lovely view of a sunset .. large bed . very comfy. fun location, easily drove to lcbo and for food!

The room size was decent but I was in a king, the decor beautiful and wasn't embarrassed to post photos or make videos, no hot-tub, but a bathtub at least, the staff was accommodating and I was able to have roomservice to my hotel room. Big plus for the location and the time of night I arrived.

No indoor pool, no hot-tub, no sauna, and the breakfast was diary products which is sad because I'm lactose in tolerant sadly so the yogurt (nothing other than diary from a cow), no other milk selection for cold cereal, nor porridge, but loved the raisens and berries, no hot breakfast available but hard boiled eggs to choose from, I had the everything bagel with Philly cheese (when your selective with your dairy intake), but variety of bagels buns bread with toaster, and a choice between oranges or apples I chose oranges (my fav), there was orange juice but be quick because they don't restock, once the juice is gone it's gone, there was hot water and coffee (i brought my own tea for breakfast as I'm not a coffee drinker) so hot water is was ... but in all seriousness there are other breakfast items that could be improved like adding alternative dairy-from-a-cow-milk, hashbrown patties or fruit salad or fresh salad, or healthier energy bar or oatmeal raisen cookies etc. More breakfast options please.

it was so dirty. the bed sheet had a lot of black stains, after they did the cleaning the housekeeper didn’t change the bed sheet, I couldn’t believe the stains were there. so I couldn’t sleep in at 2 nights. after even I told the front dest they did nothing about it.

The buffet if you advertising a buffet for breakfast you should change it up from Just Bagels and cream cheese and hard-boiled eggs and cereal. you should maybe put some eggs and sausage or even go with Belgium waffles you have enough staff there I don't know why you're not doing it

Location not as stated 10 minutes to pearson airport was not true, farther.Breakfast wes bland. Some of the staff was not knowledgeable about third party loans and programs.
