Everything was clean and organized, definitely not ghetto like other hotels. I loved the bar as well ! I had a good time. They also have Netflix on the tvs :).

Scott, at the front desk, was quick, polite and efficient. Best things: The parking is right in front of the hotel and right off Hwy 101 The shower, the towels are good quality. Trail Dust, best brisket breakfast tacos (7am- to?) are close by. Plus, there are many off tasty restaurants nearby.
The beds were a little soft for my back. The room is a little dingy, but overall is good shape. The towels are good.

This is a beautiful property. Room was gorgeous and spacious and so was the bathroom. Quick check in and out. Quiet, comfortable well decorated. Very impressed.

Room and bathroom were clean. Beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was not provided when it was supposed to be open. Unable to reach staff by phone in room even after 5 attempts. A pack and play was provided upon request for my 1 year old, but no bedding was supplied and I had to use bath towels and the comforter cover to make bedding.

Very conveniently located in Morgan Hill. Quiet location. Very friendly staff. There's lots of space in lobby for business meetings.

it was well furnished. staff was friendly. the bed! was comfortable. pillows were fluffy but would flatten out. bathroom was very clean. not as up to date as the rest of the room. I loved that we had the option to sign into our Netflix account instead of watching hotel room cable

They advertised that there was a pool. There was NO pool. They also advertised that you could purchase breakfast for $10. You couldn't unless you were a member.

Beds were comfortable.
We came because the website showed a pool which was not the case. The front desk said the other property across the street did have a pool that could be used but it was under maintenance. We were no happy. The room was very musty had to get candle to get rid of smell.

Bummed that there was no breakfast to purchase on a Monday. The staff was very helpful and kind.
I didn't like that my neighbors partied all night long, it kept me up. I did tell the front desk in the early hours on the morning and they addressed it right away. thank you
