Great staff

The location is near restaurants and easy access to the freeway.

The ac in my room made a lot of noises. The walls made noises. Then the people above me were super LOUD!! So loud that I called the front desk and complained about them. The guy said he would take a walk to check things out. An hour later the noises started up again!! Thankfully I had ear plugs! then at 8:30am the noises started again!! it was like the people were stomping and running. So RUDE!! They had no respect at all!! I thought about asking for a different room the night before, but I was already settled in for the night. My room was by a bright light outside. There aren’t any curtains on the windows. I figured out that there was a darker shade for night time. The front desk guy didn’t tell me that.

The breakfast choices were amazing. Everything was hot and fresh.

The maid services could have been better but we will still stay with them again.

I was not able to stay at the hotel when we arrived to the property the person working the desk told us that they didn’t had a room available for us and they we’re not able to accommodate since we booked on booking.com he was not helpful at all and we had to go find another Hotel at 1am, still waiting for the cancellation refund

Breakfast was delicious! Room and pool were perfect!

Everything was fine.

I didn't care for the breakfast. They should of had more choices for the meat and eggs. I cannot eat onions and peppers and sausages are iffy. That was our choice at least two of the days.
