TV didn’t work. They had no other room to give us so we asked for a refund and we would leave. They wouldn’t do it. The girl at the front desk was not helpful and was rude and there was mold around the bathtub.

The comfort of the rooms were great and the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly also.
One of the Queen beds had brown spots on them but the staff took care of it once we told them the issue. Also, it would be nice to have housekeeping everyday. I was told that this hotel does not have housekeeping come until the third day which I have never heard of.

Location was convenient
The room temperature when we arrived was 80 degrees in the room, so it took several hours to cool down. The pool was nasty green water. Lastly when we woke up there was some weird big bug on the floor by the bed. when I reached out and took the bug to the front desk in a cup, they just said yeah people leave the side doors open and bugs come in no points no discounted rate nothing was offered and it was gross.

Room smelled awful, staff refused to change our room. Had to move pull out bed and mattress to friends room and sleep there. Then staff charged our card 119.00 dollars for missing mattress until we disputed it, even though we told staff we moved item before we left.

our room was on the 3rd floor and it was so hot. our room temperature when we walked in was 92 degrees. took 2 hours to cool down

Staff was very pleasant.
I have allergies to mold and mildew, and I believe my room was infested with it. The smell alone upon entering the room was a sign. The building should be tested for mildew.

staff was unwilling to be helpful. we have stayed there many times and have never been treated with such disregard.

The staff during check-In was very pleasant.
The bath tub was dirty. There was a ring off dirt in the tub. There weren't enough towels in the room. The front desk brought additional towels to the room but they were pool towels. The breakfast was gone before 9am.

The bed was very comfortable, the shower was good.
The carpets were dirty, hallways, guest room and back stairways need to be cleaned. I didn’t like that you charged a $50 deposit for incidentals when the place had white splatters on the furniture and dirty floors. When we arrived for breakfast they had run out of hot food.

The breakfast was very good. There were several food choices. Also, the room was clean and comfortable.
We were required to pay a $50.00 deposit when we arrived at the hotel although we had paid for the room, with a credit card, when I made the reservation several days earlier.
