Staff was not very professional, unfortunately. Tried to rush me out at 9 am and tell me check out was at 1030am when it's clearly states 11am online. I haven't seen my elderly mother in over a year, and every minute counts for me coming from AZ and only getting 2 days with her. I also found 2 silverfish bugs in her bedding when she woke up. I left unhappy and won't be back. Baseboards have moisture staining everywhere throughout the room.

Great place, very clean
The people staying next door were very loud. They had the TV on all night full blast.

Very quiet, location, staff, easy to extend my stay

Everything was exceptional there the room was very nice and well cleaned. Most definitely will be going back. There was parking right in front of our room. Front desk was very friendly and quick to answer questions I had. Easy check in and check out.

The staff was rude. They ask for a cash deposit instead of holding a card or DL. The room itself does not match the pictures. Bed was uncomfortable. On-site parking was a disaster.

Gorgeous shower! It had this strip of what looked like abalone scales, so pretty!

The room was very clean and in good condition.
The only thing is that I wish there was some type of barrier/gate to hide the rooms from the street because the is no upper level.

It was grounded quite, and cleanliness
Parking, bed sheets and no comforter, and air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The fifthy dollars deposit should be off same card or cash with what you pay with.

I can’t say that there’s anything negative to say everything was just perfect

I liked that it was updated and that everything, like the tv and air conditioner, worked well, and that all of the bathroom facilities were contained in a separate room.
No coffeemaker in the room and no breakfast area.

This property in the photos looks very clean but upon arrival it has a very strong musty smell and the conditions that it represents in its photographs are not there.
And the customer service is terrible

Staff was very kind and helpful. I had an issue with the TV and they came to the room to fix it. I would have liked more channels but over all I was happy.
Two things that kinda bothered me, one was the inconsiderate people and their car alarm chips. Parking was close to room so really hard to avoid and understandable. The other was the hand soap in the bathroom was not wrapped.
