Everything was very clean and nice
The person at the desk did not inform me that an extra $20.01 would be charged to my card but would be returned within a few days. Also the pictures show they have bacon for breakfast and they do not! The pool was colder than I was hoping. Other visitors said it was typically much warmer.

Breakfast was served too late to take advantage of it.
The satellite service was horrible the stations wouldn't come in and the weather was great, so it was something in their building.

The hotel was very clean. The room was nice and well taken care of. The Keurig was a plus in the room! Loved the size of the fridge as we could store drinks. The breakfast was nice and had variety.
The staff was not present at the front desk upon arrival, during our stay or when we needed to check out. Three times we had to wait over 5-10 mins for someone to locate them. A tiny suggestion, have a non dairy option for breakfast like oatmilk or almond for cereal for kids with allergies.

The noise level was very high. Noise through the walls in the ceiling and under the floor plus noise from the interstate.

The Tub/ Shower is unsafe. With soapy water and a poorly placed support handle the possibility of slipping is a reality. One handle and that’s located at the end where the faucet is. Maybe a OSHA inspection. I have a removable handle but the wall material would let it work. Thought the price was high compared to where we stayed on 3/27 in Greenfield, IN.

The pool was down (wasn't told at check in and was the reason we chose this hotel) the internet kept kicking us off so we couldnt even use our devices. alsowhen we checked in guy told us breakfast will still be in the morning starting at 6 (Christmas morning) we get up there only bagels cereal and muffins. Milk was expired muffins were hard and the cream cheese for the bagels was runny and waInn! And no juice to drink... we had water or expired milk..... i get letting your people off for holidays but you shoul let your customers know not tell them it will be as usual and make sure the things there arent stale and expired!...the worst experience I've ever had at any holiday inn!

Shower area was weird. Suggest double shower head. And maybe removable handicap seating.

Everyone was friendly, quiet location, pool for the kids and breakfast was good
When we went to the pool someone had thrown up so we went and let the girl at the front desk know,she said she would have someone clean it.We went back later and it was still there so we didn't get to use the pool. Kids were disappointed
