The room was cleaning

I didn't get told till I showed up and had already paid online that I had to out a 300$ deposit down, that was frustrating, the rooms weren't what I paid for at all, they were spread out and not close together. It was a whole mess

Big refrigerator

Tv didn’t swivel, air was not on and lights were switched off making me think the electricity was off. Stepped on broken pieces of plastic in the room. No tissues.

Quote me $61 and some change I was charges $81...floor was filthy walked around ins cooks for 5 minutes and my feet were black. Had to flush toilet 3 times each time. And front doo had a gap in bottome so bad you could see the light from across street shine in. Wasn't told where I 3 machine 2as. Was left coffee packets but no cups. Did not like this

Think the bath curtain spelt of urine. People shouting outside the door early in the morning (ie1am). I was abit sensitive to traffic noise- with jetlag

The location to my venue.

The location was in renovation. There was no microwave in my room and none was avaliable. The sign that is at the street blocks the view when leaving the parking lot. Very unsafe for guest.

The rooms are remodeled and are actually very nice. For motel 6 super nice and big!!!

The location is right next to a busy highway and the room we stayed in was facing it and was beyond noisy. Had to put two pillows over my head to get any sleep. Rooms with entrance on the opposite site were probably just fine, the noice was more like white noise. Those few rooms upstairs facing the highway need to have more soundproofed doors or at least let people know what they’re in for and offer a lower price.

Was there for a volleyball tournament at the nearby Kentucky Expo Center. Great location less than a mile away. Was undergoing renovation. My room had been completed. Could tell what had been done, but was clean and fresh.

Right next to airport. One morning had about a dozen UPS airplanes take off starting at 430 am from the UPS distribution facility. Other than that, really didn’t notice airport nearby.

Room was acceptable for the initial price.

Given a key to a room, then come back 4 hrs later to someone else's stuff in our room and are told by staff that is not our room, and that we are being moved to a different room. When staff was confronted about the issue, most of the night staff aside from one were somewhat nonchalant about the issue, thinking I may not have closed the door properly. After checking the system again, they asked why we were in room 121 when the system had us booked for 221. Showed them the card they had given me that was labeled for room 121 and they immediately worked to fix the issue. Second room had a coffee pot still full of old coffee and coffee grounds in the coffee maker. Manager the next morning gave us a refund however to apologize for the situation.
