Great location. Next to Missouri River. There is a park that is right behind the hotel you can explore. Close to several water falls. The hotel has a nice outdoor sitting area with bbqs. Japanese restaurant with great food right across the parking lot. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. They offer light meal at dinner time mid week days at the lounge area. Love this place.

Railroad tracks between hotel and the river disrupted the quiet tranquil feeling. The room shook when a train rolled by.

Everything was excellent. The staff were kind and friendly. It is a very safe environment. The breakfast was very very good. The fresh fruit was excellent. The weather was nice so I could sit at the picnic tables at the back of the property overlooking the river! Quite delightful. Parking was great. My only disappointment was the swimming pool. It was nice and clean, but there were no large towels and it was busy and there is no natural sunlight except for through two small side windows. Bonus points though: it has a washer and dryer available for guest use and the area was really well maintained and clean. One really cannot ask for more in a hotel. Overall, I think it was fairly good value for money. And I also know that staffing issues are a huge problem so kudos to everybody who shows up and puts their heart into their work. I am grateful. Blessings to you all.

I really like staying at this hotel, very welcoming excellent breakfast

the bed was a bit uncomfortable, could have been softer. the bathroom was kind of dirty- like shower walls had gunk and grime, shower curtain was pink towards the bottom, so a little disappointed there

the decor was very nice & beds were comfortable.

First off when we entered the bathroom there was a LOT of hair left in the bathroom tub & sink from previous guests. Also the room service service did not exist (even though we had no. sign on the door after 10am).

We had left my son's stuffed animal in the room and they saved it for us and called us to let us know they had it.

The check in staff was very friendly.

We had to get to a swim meet at 645am. We went down to get some breakfast. Most stuff was set out and ready but one lady said we couldn't get anything because breakfast didn't start until 730. She was quite rude. Very disappointing as the breakfast is one of the best.

The staff was very friendly, free breakfast was great and we loved the outdoor seating area, which has a firepit, grill and outdoor games.

I made a reservation for a 1 room suite to accommodate 6, when I arrived I was given 2 rooms due to overbooking. We were on a family vacation/meeting with family so not having the whole family in 1 room like I booked was a huge disappointment. They didnt charge me for the 2nd room but it was a big inconvienence being seperated. Free laundry facilities was a bonus but is not very clean. Common areas needs to be dusted/swept or disinfected more frequently.
