The front desk employees were great. Took the time to help us with directions and answered our questions. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were concerned about the construction because of noise. Our room was quiet and construction didn’t bother us. We will return to this hotel. There is a great steak house close to the hotel.
The hotel was under construction. At first we were irritated because we couldn’t use the pool and no breakfast room. The hotel had a nice breakfast selection setup as a grab and go. Good breakfast sandwiches, muffins and much more. Very happy with the work the hotel put in so we had a pretty good breakfast.

Room.was big plenty of room for all of our stuff and tge 4 of us to spread our.
Checki in took 20 min and there was only 1 person before us. After we waited 20 min they told us we could check in early but it would be 30 mi. Before we could. We waited only for them to say we couldn't check in early. So we went and got dinner. Came back and waited another 30 min to check in. The pool was closed and the price was ridiculously high. Won't go back.

Clean and comfortable
The remodel crew was sloppy and left screws in the parking lot cause damage to my bike tire and ruining the tire so the stay there cost me an additional $500 dollars. No mention to make it right from the property

location, easy to get in and out, because of not knowing the area.
it was under construction and did not know this… for sure had booked the king suite with spa tub inside and they were taken out. again paid the price we did for that spa tub. then to top it off the hot tub next the the pool was drained and not working. breakfast was cold and unappealing on our first day too… a little better the following.

Great hotel, but currently under going a total remodel. Breakfast was very good.
Our room was in the back with no view. Next time I'd request a view room overlooking the entire city and river below.

Plenty of parking and a decent breakfast spread.
Listing indicated the property had a hot tub which is why I booked the stay. The hot tub has been out of order for some time and the listing should have been updated to reflect that.

The hotel overall was really nice. The room was clean and that's the most important thing to me. The breakfast food was very good and a nice variety.
I did not like the drinking water at breakfast as after I drank half the cup I saw floaties. Then I checked my daughter's cup and realized there was mold floating in our cups! I ate ice the night before so who knows how much mold I ingested, but it was super gross. Apparently they need to clean their taps and ice machines.

I will never book through Booking.com again because of the cancellation policy. We had some plans that changed, outside of our control. We stayed in Walla Walla, WA on Friday, but still paid Booking.com for the room. We were unable to change or modify reservations based on my understanding of the booking agreement.

Great location, safe, bright entrance and parking. Comfy size of room, friendly staff and great breakfast! Quiet for the most part, felt safe coming and going alone. Bed was comfy, convenient ice machine and vending and snacks.
No housekeeping services during my 4 night stay, no view and the A/C fan was a bit noisy, otherwise this is a great hotel and I would stay there again!!

Location was good for the event we were there for. Breakfast was decent.
Went to use the hottub; had not been told at check in that it was not functioning. Our room was not clean!! The bathroom floor was filthy! Found fingernail clippings on the carpet near our bed.

the location was a little out of town which meant dinners etc needed to be driven to.

First I paid 4 times the nightly rate because of the graduation of Pullman U. The rate rate the day before and the day after we 1/4 what I paid. My $100 put on my card has not be repaid as of today.

We stayed there because they had a pool. The kids really enjoyed it. Room was nice, it had a a fridge and microwave. They had breakfast. Employees were all very nice, helpful and professional
There were NO USB ports. If you didn't have a plug in you were out of luck. The rooms need to be more tech friendly. The lighting in the bathroom was poor. Hard to see to put makeup on.
