reception staff very nice

prices for restaurant food way too high for mediocre meals. wait person disappeared after delivering dinner til I tracked her down to pay.

Staff was great the women from the dinner the night were there the next morning hard workers!!! Breakfast buffet amazing and food was great!!

Only bad thing is that I booked a King and toilet was leaking so I had to pick up everything and move to a queen double and when I lifted the chair cushions there was leftover food and trash wrappers under there otherwise would have given an 8 rating

The rooms are large and comfortable. We love that we can bring our pup and she has space to get energy out.

The cleanliness was really lacking this time. Also, our boys have always been welcome to play in the halls and/or a conference room when we are here for hockey… this time they were not welcome to do so and we were told it would be $500 to rent the conference room. this seems a big excessive for a hotel that has always been so good to work with our teams!!! Also, elevators were out of service and it was difficult to find an operacional ice machine.

The location was in a great place and the lobby was clean

The shower in my room did not work, and the air conditioner sounded like it was about to die and kept making weird noises all night. When I told the lady at the front desk that my shower did not work, she told me that maintenance was not in yet, and she had no idea when they would be in to attempt to fix it. I left your hotel dirty I was never even offered another room to take a shower in before leaving.

Location was ok

The breakfast was so bad everything was cold, pancakes were cold and hard as a rock, butter did not melt. Sweet rolls were hard!!! Can't mess up bacon thank god.

Once I got to my room.The room was very nice

The manager was rude.Her asst. manager apologized to me twice,when the manager was not around.The manager misdirected me to my room twice. I was not rude to her.I only queried her about the rate.

Bed was great. Convenient location.

AC was broke. Toilet seat loose. Dispenser for conditioner did not work though bottle appeared full. Pancakes dry & tasteless.

The staff were nice until I called to let them know my bed was filled with sand and there was old blood stains and they said idk what you want me to do about it after calling to let them know how my experience was.

The beds were so uncomfortable and the hotel online looked so clean and nice but in person it did not meet those expectations.

my room was really comfortable and spacious.

the breakfast didn’t offer any juice.

Meals were very good.

The AC/heater was very loud and the staff did not know how to turn it off.
