Well maintained property.

Overall, I think the rate is too high. And then, breakfast is extra.

Staff was pleasant.
Room was in poor condition but clean. Bed was worn and sunken in spots. Bathroom lighting was poor.

I enjoy staying as the staff is top notch! Also, the hotel is located in an area that is easily accessible to shopping, restaurants and so much more!

The property needs remodeled. No blow dryer in room. They found one for me but took some time.

Small TV, not as clean as it should be.. none of tye burners for the food was on so everything was cold

we had to put footstool next to bathroom door to keep door open or it was very cold in bathroom. we used shower and later had a smell to the bathroom like sewer. lobby was not very clean as well

The booking.com site states that this hotel
has a whirlpool including pictures. That is not the case. They only have a pool. Also we had no hot water the next morning to take showers.

Great location for what I was there for. I walked the property, gym amazing but under used. Need a sales person to promote your banquet spaces. Nice pool an restaurant. Very open an airy space.
No ice on 3rd floor, leaking fridge in room, overall needed a good cleaning. Windows in entire place were filthy as were the carpets. need information packs in rooms and more detail on amenities.

I love the room! It had a bright light instead of just all mood lighting. Love that the pillows told you soft or firm
I was surprised that, for the price, there was no type of continental breakfast

Lobby smelled bad. Air conditioner ran the all the time. They said maintenance came to look at it but, it still ran all of the time.
