It was clean outside and in, had great breakfast, friendly staff, and was nice and quiet. Complimentary cucumber water was a nice bonus!

Very friendly welcome. Cookies offered, such a complete surprise. Free breakfast. Thank you bag at checkout. Beautiful and clean facility.
This is probably not popular opinion, however, my party were smokers. It would be nice to have some seating outside in a designated smoking area rather than having to stand there.

Breakfast had a lot of variety. Hotel staff was friendly. Warm cookies available at check in. Water, tea and coffee always available in lobby. Snacks available for purchase. Upon checkout a bag of water and cookies was presented. For a 2 star hotel this was a good value. Location wasn’t bad, about a 10 minute drive to downtown.
The carpet in the rooms should be replaced. They looked old and couldn’t tell if they were dirty.

We checked in around 1130pm. The front desk gal was amazing. She knew we were tired and checked us in super fast. The room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
The breakfast they serve was super yummy.
We will stay there again.

This is my second time staying here and attending the U of N football game. Nice clean and quite hotel. Nice size room (one room w/2 double beds) . Breakfast was great with a lot of options.
