Nice workers behind desk
The housekeepers are absolutely rude and nasty

had to stay due to electricity being out due to storms had been here for 4 days had no issues with room asked to be moved to a different room die to kids coming to stay they moved me to a room where the tv doesn't work remote doesn't work icebox doesn't work. call front desk and was told ph yeah the 3rd floor rooms icebox's doesnt work. WTF. why would you do that knowing i was bringing my family.

I did not get to stay, the hotel system wasn't pulling up booking.com reservations, after they spoke with two agents from booking.com regarding my reservation they told me that they would cancel without charging me yet I was charged.

Tv didn't work. Changed rooms for a working tv and didn't get a new key. So when I took my dog potty the next moring I was locked out of my room. Front desk wouldn't allow me to go look since it wasn't my original room.

The refrigerator doesnt work and I never figured out how to get the tv working

Absolutely nothing! I’ve seen cleaner halfway houses. The first room they assigned us had a balcony that wouldn’t shut & was loaded with maid carts.
The amount of “night” workers was enough for a law & order SVU episode. The smell of cat pee permeated the entire facility.

The helpful service I got when I had trouble getting into my room
My coffee maker didn’t have a pot or coffee or cups. Toilet paper holder was missing the pin

the management was money Hungary after the first night of a 2 day reservation they locked my door and started demanding money for a dog that was listed on the paperwork, the manager called me a liar. just worst experience ever also they refused my stay extension and kept the money. also kept half my deposit so total they stole roughly $150

The elevators were all out of order. The room had holes everywhere and mold in the window, and the ac unit didn't work

The room was clean and in reasonably good condition. Quiet. Loctation.
TV did not work. Could not watch NCAA tournament.. Coffee maker with no coffee. No cups to drink from. Credit card was used to book but desk clerk could not accept that. I had to present card again. Not expecting this to resulti in duplicate payment.

Most of staff was great
They did not honor the rate told to us upped it 100 dollars for week

Jordan at the front desk was very kind and helpful....this is why we are rebooking at this hotel.
The ice machine on the 2nd floor not working. Thats really a petty thing though.

Large rooms & bathrooms. Laundry wash & dryer availability. Very friendly & helpful staff. I liked the fact they had a "dolly" of sort so we didn't have to make a lot of trips from car to room.
The daytime staff needs to take social courtesy lessons from the nightime gentleman working there. The girls working were rude & quite frankly acted as if they didn't care if i was there or not. They were doing construction where you first walked in & dining area. Online it advertised free breakfast although they had none. Had trouble w/the room key.

Cockroaches, blood stains and cigarette burns on the bedding, most everything out of order. Didn’t seem like a safe area. Also, people walking around with cigarettes in a “non-smoking” hotel.

The front desk staff are kind and I like the furniture
Most of the housekeepers are very rude and instead of offering to clean your room when they are supposed to and they have very bad attitudes when you ask for stuff because they didn't come by to do their job.
