I booked a few hours before I came for our wedding anniversary. They had printed a congrats card and had a beautifully prepared, upgraded room. Considering the time allowed, they went above and beyond. Staff is super friendly and made our stay wonderful.

Excellent location in a lovely Square. Fabulous old mansion house.
The room we had been allocated was in the basement with access directly from the street and security could have been an issue. We requested a move to another room which had access to the garden.

Location was great and the Inn was beautiful.
Staffing lacked social skills. Only 2 staff went above and beyond our expectations which made the stay ok. If you’re vegan then don’t expect any accommodations for breakfast or any substitute’s and not a lot of wine selection to choose from either. Won’t be staying at this Inn again.

It was beautiful filled with Victorian type decor. The location was perfect away from the busy downtown but just close enough to everything that Savannah has to offer
Only thing was I was to tall for the chandelier in our bathroom but that’s not much to complain about

it’s a beautiful property. the food was delicious and the staff was courteous.
there was a very cold draft coming from our garden door and the mechanical lock didn’t work in the garden door.

Breakfasts were creative and delicious. The old mansion has been restored, updated and beautifully appointed for today’s guests. The modern bathrooms are super. The location on Farragut Square couldn't be better or prettier

Amazing, I would love to eat breakfast there every day. Complements to the chef and breakfast staff.
Maggie was very gracious and helpful when we checked in. We would definitely go back and stay there.
I would have loved it if they had golf carts for us to use. Its hard for us older people to do all the walking around
Savannah. I had to rent and bring a motorized scooter with me. I have severe arthritis in my hips.
