there is no water, there is no microwave oven in the room, running from 3 floors down to warm something, it's just awful. There is no place to pour hot water and no water at all

there was a roach in our room. The staff was helpful with relocating us to a new room on a different floor which we were hesitant about but we went it with because it was already 10 PM. the other room was clean but everything is outdated

Great location. Free parking. Price. Good size fridge. Soap, lotion, shampoo. Pool.

Out dated room. Housekeeping cleaning the room above us at 11pm with vacuums and banging. Elevator permits expired. No microwave or coffee maker in room. Huge physical key for the door, no card entry. Poor ventilation so room got musty after a few showers. Overall you get what you pay for and this is an extremely affordable place in a great location so minor inconveniences can be overlooked. I would stay here again for 2 nights max.

If the fact that the room faced the main street and all we heard was vehicle traffic all night running over the steel plates in the street from current construction wasn't bad enough, the 3 AM wake up call from an adjacent room playing very loud music with heavy drum beating that lasted for over 30 minutes was the real deal breaker. And then the music continued even after the Police came and told then to turn it down. After another complaint to the desk it ended. This customer needs to be comped in some fashion like a reduced rate. I would suggest to ALL hotel companies this. We have too many people who book a hotel room simply to "Party". in every contract there needs to be a clear statement if ever the Police are called to their room to quell a disturbance they will be charged an additional $500. This applies to any "call". A room reduction comp was requested, we will see what they do.
