The accommodations were amazing ! The staff were so wonderful !

It was very clean. The location was excellent. The staff is great! Joshua and ShaNa were so very helpful at the front desk and so nice.
We contemplated staying an extra night but it being a Saturday night jacked the price twice the amount as the first night. Almost $500 for a standard room for one night is a bit too much.

Staff was friendly & spoke when they seen you. Location was great! Pool was clean. They have valet parking since not enough room at hotel.
Restaurant on site which is the apparent go-to place on the weekend. Close to the pier.
Lobby is clean. But we were there 4 days & the hallways were never vacuumed & they def needed it. Parking lot only holds about 10 cars so you have to park in overflow which is next street over. Valet will take your vehicle & bring back but have to make sure you get everything out or your walking back to vehicle to get it. No breakfast, just coffee & hot water.
Rooms were I guess clean but floors were nasty! They are in desperate need of a shampooing!! A lot of stains and the chair in the room covered in stains as well.
Pool area is small. You only have 3 small corners to sit & it closes at 9.

TV and wi fire connections. The 1st room look bad and tv wasn't working and the wi fire was connections was trouble. Them 2nd room looked better but the tv stop working again. Will never book there again.

It was close to the beach great location
The rooms stink the carpets in the room was filthy the first room I went into smelled like piss on the floor I had to as for a new room immediately after walking into that bad smelling room I walked out and went back to the desk. I was given a better room that smelled a lot fresher.

We had no TV service . Called maintenance he came and said he would be back and never called or came back to the room. I called the desk an hour later and they said it had to do with the provider and booking.com would credit me 50.00. The and mattress was lopsided.

The off season price was great and staff was great that was there.
My tv didn't work and there was no 1 there that could fix it until morning and i was only there for 1 night and do to tje low rate i wasn't able to get points for my stay. This was my 1st time ever having a problem at the hotel usually everything is great but that no tv was a problem that shouldn't have happened especially during of season time in my opinion and to not have someone around just incase anything happens that's not good because you never know and I understand it's was just the tv not working but it was Saturday night football that i couldn't watch 😥

It was clean, staff was incredibly kind. It was in a good area, close to a lot of cool things! Beds were comfortable, there’s a “grab and go” breakfast, which was pretty awesome and yummy. For the price, can’t beat it.

I liked Natalie the desk clerk the convenience to the beach parking is terrible right at the hotel because it is such a small parking area otherwise you will have to park around the corner from the hotel that they reserved for the guest the restaurants were great scenery was great my only issue was my ocean view which was more of the rooftop of vents than ocean view and I wanted just ocean view so I could sit out on the balcony at night and just take in the beautiful view of the beach considering I was on vacation from my high stressful job however everything else was great!
Housekeeper taking all the towels even after I told her we were fine that morning left out came back all towels gone with no replace clean ones

The staff was great, check on us every day to insure we were having a good stay.The pool was nice, no hot tub.
Disappointed in breakfast, was expecting more than muffins and coffee. The room smelled a little like mildew.

We enjoyed the layout of our suite and the immediate access to the oceanfront and pool areas. We love visiting Calypso Bar & Grill so it was nice to have it accessible right from the lobby floor of the hotel. We also enjoyed the coffee in the lobby. I believe it’s available 24/7.
We didn’t like that our room was improperly cleaned. We had stains in the carpet, curtains and sofa. We found hair in the sheets and bathtub.

We enjoyed the size of the room and the view and being right next to the restaurant. We enjoyed the staff and that everything was within walking distance, especially the beach.
The A/C didn’t quite work that well, we left the a/c on all day while being out on cool and auto fan but it wasn’t cold at all almost. Also the wifi kept going super slow and i kept trying to reconnect to it but it made everything we watched buffer.
