Great location, clean rooms, very cool lobby area and bar

AC had to be turned on 60 and fan on high to be able to tolerate the room. It was only 68 degrees outside as well. I booked two rooms, was told over the phone what time I could check in. When I got there one room was ready one wasn’t. Staff were certainly not pleasant. I won’t say they were rude but they certainly didn’t go out of their way to help with the issues I had.

Everything. It was walking distance from Bridgestone Arena(which was the purpose of our trip). We actually walked every where. It was nice to be that close to so many things. The Holton was beautiful and the aroma when you walk in was inviting and relaxing. The room was beautiful and the view was so nice.

There wasn't anything I did not like.

Location was excellent. Two streets away from Honky Tonk Row. Good restaurants nearby, as well.

Excellent location just off Broadway in the downtown area, close enough that everything was on your doorstep/ far enough removed that in wasn’t noisy/rowdy at night. Well appointed room with tea/coffee/water, plenty of clothes storage, large shower/bathroom and separate toilet. Comfy bed and a sofa too. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, housekeeping provided each day. Pool area was open late and provided great views across the city.

Lifts were a little temperamental but that’s lifts for you!!

Perfect location. The rooms were perfect- and CLEAN! I loved the decor and layout of the room!

No smoking in room. Sorry but I am a heavy smoker. They do have a smoking area just outside with benches.

Location and the decorator style but lacks function and a comfortable bed. The shower was great but not at the cost of what the room lacked.

There is no closet for clothes. I hate living out of a suitcase. Tidy and out away is impossible in the set up. There is no fan in the toilet room. The bed was uncomfortable, way too firm! All 4 of us had back aches after the first night.

Great property with Broadway and Bridgestone Arena within walking distance. It’s very nice, like an upscale vintage vibe. Their brunch is phenomenal and the valet service is very convenient. Two complementary waters in room. Overall great experience, will be coming back!

The lighting in the rooms is not great, it can be dark so that can be good and bad. There aren’t a ton of plugs, so you may want to bring extension cord if you have a group with each person having multiple devices.

The staff was friendly, available, and accommodating and convenient to stores,museums, music and venues

The roof was closed for the season.

Great location, only a block and a half away from the Music Center and Broadway St. Quant hotel with an in-house restaurant & bar. The staff was excellent and our room was clean and accommodating at a reasonable price.

Just didn't like that no one told us there was a parking fee automatically added on of 58$ for parking with valet. Plus tip.

Awesome lobby and lounge area. The staff was attentive and professional. Our room was clean and very well appointed. The bathroom was separated into a shower and changing area with sink and a toilet closet with sink. High quality toiletries as well as in room coffees and teas were provided. Bed was comfortable with both firm and fluffy pillows. Location was near the Ryman as well as Broadway and Fifth and many downtown destinations.

It is a very nice hotel and staff very kind and helpful. The food for breakfast was really good!

I wouldn't stay again because the lighting in the room was too dark. The floors were too cold, no carpet. And the front desk never answered the phone numerous tries. The valet staff was the best!

Didnt like that i had to pay to park in your parking lot. Didnt like having to pay for breafast for the amount of room during a tuesday night stay.

The period look of the building was the reason we chose to stay at this location over other ones in the nearby area

No self parking on property. However our car is a stick and none of the valets could drive it so we essentially had self parking privilege but had to pay the valet rate.

Convenient for a great breakfast. Room location was great & quiet.

Our room was not made up the first day. And the second day they cleaned, took all the dirty towels and did not replace any! Called down for towels and waited 2 hrs .. no towels arrived. Went down to lobby to request a full set again ... came up about 40 minutes later with only a partial set. Also, no ramp to get luggage up step area was rough. NO one there to help either.

We had a wonderful surprise of Prosecco and dessert with a lovely card for our anniversary when we entered our room. Very thoughtful and greatly appreciated!!

The view was of very close buildings so we had to keep our drapes closed the entire time so our room was dark most of the time.

The hotel is intimate and cool. The rooftop pool area is fabulous!
