The room was nice, it was quiet and clean.

The pool was TINY (like a swim spa size), and GROSS. The water was both gross and full of chemicals. Also, they charged us (when we'd prepaid) and it took 2 weeks to get them to refund. We had to end up going to Hilton to try and force a refund. The hotel manager is non responsive and the staff isn't smart enough to figure it out.

The staff did everything they could to accommodate our request for early check in even on a busy weekend.

Staff was great and free water was awesome!

The breakfast was embarrassing and the only reason I booked the hotel because it said "Very Good". It was nasty dehydrated eggs, sausage was old and dried and the biscuits were inedible. I was seriously embarrassed as I booked this place special for my brother and his wife. Horrible! Booking.com got this one wrong too!!

They had free breakfast. The place was mostly clean in the room, but the facility itself was grungy looking.

The first night we walked in the room it smelled like Chuck Cheese pizza. We thought maybe someone next to us or the people before us had just had some or something? But the smell lingered for the entire stay. There's never anyone at the front desk, which isn't usually a huge deal for us. But we had to wait some time to be able to check out. It was also a pain as my partner left his cosmetics at the hotel after we checked out and we were on the phone just trying to get them to answer for a really long time. They never did. We imagine this is because no one was at the front desk.

My gf getting blamed for pulling the fire alarm at 4 in the am, in front of everyone staying at the hotel. Then the front desk lady being like NO the one was shorter and way skinnier. The other lady was like well they described her hair. (Who else has GREEN hair?! Was over charger on my card. Dogs in the hotel the online says no animals. It was seen twice peeing on the trash by the elevator doors. Shower water pressure was terrible. Wasn't told about the free Wednesday night dinner and drinks. Front desk ladies were rude. Wasn't my first time staying here but this was the worst.

There were hairs on the wall of the shower, rust stains in bathroom and and carpet stains. The breakfast was poor. Rubbery eggs and the potatoes and sausage did not look appetizing enough to try. Only kids drink was milk. No cereal, packaged pastries were stale bananas were over ripe.

It was I a good location for what we needed
