There really wasn’t much to like about this property. Compared to the Townplace Suites we stayed at in Dodge City, this place was not clean and a very small bathroom . Not much for breakfast either. Will not stay here again
The previous property we stayed at was a two bedroom with two bathrooms bd very spacious!

The staff charged me for my stay even though I prepaid through booking.com. The process to get a refund from them has been awful. Every time someone has said they were going to see what they could do and would call me back, no one would call back. Every time I call for an update, they’re rude and disrespectful and treat me like I’m the one who did something wrong. That includes management.

It was convenient in location, staff was very nice. Stayed 8 nights.
I could smell cigarette smoke in my room, however the front desk offered me another room, which was much better.

The TV kept working off and on. The shower wasn’t working properly.

The room (suite) layout was very nice. Comfortable beds, linens, towels.
The common breakfast room area was in poor shape. Multiple leaks in the ceiling that required buckets placed under them. Also, the ice machine in the hallway before the breakfast room was leaking and had towels in front of it during my entire stay.

The staff was very nice, the breakfast was pretty good. The space of the room was good.
The room was pretty dirty. There was trash left over from the previous people. There were boogers and snot (yes this is real!) smeared on the doors and ceiling. There was blood on one of the pillows, something sprayed on the headboard.....and the best part.....there was a bottle of lubricant on the floor hidden by the curtains....from whomever stayed there before us!! We were totally disgusted and will NEVER stay there again!!

Oh my God I don't know where to start the staff is fantastic there all friendly and will help you in any way that they can even if you need. To know what you want to go do? What's around you to do everything?

I got an email stating that they had to move my reservation to a different location that was not even close to where I needed it to be so I called to get it all sorted out and the hotel was very helpful. canceled the reservation for me free of charge. booking. com on the other hand is trying to charge me for the hotel that I never stayed at. that was canceled free from the actual hotel itself. booking.com just lost a customer for wrongfully charging them for a cancellation that was the hotels fault. Just to charge. horrible business etiquette. Never using booking.com

1) Infrared stove in-room 2) Convection oven in-room 3) Dishwasher with detergent and rinsing chemicals in-room 4) Sink disposal in-room 5) Full-sized refrigerator in-room 6) Toaster in-room 7) Coffee maker in-room 8) Microwave as part of kitchenette 9) Cutlery and food preparation set present 10) Dish, bowl, and pots & pans included for room use 11) Asymmetrical sofabed, easy to sleep on as couch, or as unfolded sofabed 12) Track lighting above desk area helpful for lighting 13) Wheeled table that fits under writing desk was convenient for configuring room 14) Multi-water pressure showerhead 15) In-shower, refillable bottles for shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion (sometimes bath bubble soap, too) makes it easier to get in and out of the shower quickly, without having to open small plastic bottles and array them in the shower 16) In-room joined recycling-and-waste bucket makes it easier to sort recyclables 17) Breakfast available downstairs, even with Suite style kitchenettes 18) Shape of couch pillows was well-selected for reclining 19) Carrying table fit over wheeled seat 20) Fuzzy blanket was part of sofabed kit, which was included in-room 21) In-room thermostats were convertible to Centigrade from Fahrenheit temperatures
A) Lots of drawers and cabinets had edge damage B) Room 309 seemed to be missing a smoke detector C) Ceiling detector seemed opened-or-cracked D) Check-in staff inaccurately informed me that there were no fitted sheets nor fuzzy blankets E) Signage in entryway indicated that only persons with cardkeys could enter, even though one of the doors was open for check-in F) Elevator appears to be behind a hallway door that requires keycard access (signage indicating the location of the elevator would be helpful for each floor) G) Staff did not understand what services the state's "hotel tax" funded, and provided inaccurate information about the refundability of "hotel tax for stays lasting longer than 30 days" H) Clock radio in room 309 could not handle automatic daylight savings time, because the older clock did not have settings for "year", "day & month", and "manual or automatic daylight savings time" settings (hotel can upgrade to more modern, automatic-daylight savings time clock-radios) I) It seemed check-in staff gave wrong information about bedding and sheets, only because there were others in-line behind me, attempting to check-in (why misinform me about the availability of blankets and fitted sheets? Is more training for such staff necessary?

When booking 3rd party it be better for them to contact each other with the prices instead of repaying 2x again and getting reimbursed they don't see ur on a budget or vacation doesn't matter the situation it should of been done right 1st time

The location was great. It was pretty close to Red Rocks. The staff was also really friendly.
The breakfast was just ok. My husband has celiac and can’t eat gluten. He could eat very little of what they had to offer because the hot breakfast was not gluten free. Also the curtains in the room were dirty. It looked like there was salsa speckled on the curtains.

Staff is great. Room was clean and basically well appointed with some challenges. Enjoyed the mini quiches at breakfast. Location was easy to find and close to the highway.
Room had some challenges.....no stopper in the tub so could not be used as a bathtub, road noise loud, air conditioner loud and when thermostat was adjusted to the desired temperature it did nothing to change the temperature in the room.
