The staff are the highlight. Friendly, professional, and helpful. Also the rooms are nice sized, the kitchens sufficient for what it is, etc.
This hotel is a little close to Route 1 for my preference. I.e., right on it. This makes the air polluted and the noise level not great. Also, the breakfast was good but not wonderful. The room was not all that clean.

The staff were amazing. I had an issue with having left my purse in the UK and was relying on Apple pay - they helped me with this, also locating a lost suitcase, even offered to give me lifts when I was stuck! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
The location isn't fantastic - on a freeway a few miles from both the train station and the university. And the cooked breakfast options were a bit strange (chicken sausage and a very overdone cheese omelette, etc). But overall it was really excellent - clean, comfortable, spacious and with excellent staff.

It was clean. The breakfast was good.
The gentleman that processed us in that evening did not have good customer service. Frankly, he was rude. But, the gentleman that released him for the night shift was very pleasant and accomadating.

For the most part the rooms were clean. We found some dishes that wasn't the beds were made. It was a nice room. Bedding should have been a little bit better, but overall it was a very nice experience and a nice relaxing place
What I didn't like was other families you know brought their kids down to the pool and don't watch their kids. Their sons posted all over the pool area. Say no jumping, no diving and people let their kids die and the food for the free breakfast. The eggs had water in them like they were frozen and then heated up and there's sausages. There are french toast sticks were all hard and unable to chew on them. It felt like eating cardboard and they're coffee was weak. Had no flavor to it

Homewood Suites was amazing had a kitchenette and it was great. The rooms spacious and clean and decor was beautiful . Nice restaurant nearby which was great short walk.

Great location, spacious room and friendly staff.
It’s a hot breakfast but the choice is very limited. The ceiling and walls are paper thin and not soundproof at all. There were kids running around upstairs until late and early in the morning. You could hear and feel the ceiling is shaking. At the same time, you would hear people next door chatting on their bed. If you’re light sleeper (I’m not so I managed to get some sleep), think again about staying here. We went down to the pool the next morning and our daughter was really looking forward to a swim before checking out but was told the pool was under maintenance. She was really disappointed.
