The location was great.

It was advertised on booking.com, and multiple other websites that they had a pool. Upon checkin with my pregnant wife and 2 year old, we were told they haven’t had a pool in 3 years. We booked the hotel for the pool. The staff didn’t seem to care at all about this. Also, the room was run down and the bathroom was dirty upon checkin.

Break fast included. Coices are not huge but good enough. Coffee/Tea is also available 24H. Room is spacious and clean. A shopping mall is located next door which is convenient.

Nothing really to complain about other than the expectation is to definitely keep it down and it’s hard when you’re there for leisure and not able to make some noise. But other than that its a great hotel.

Breakfast was great. Would be a great idea to have a shuttle pick up at train station and shuttle to go into town!

It took us an hour and a half to check in! The pool was down since Covid started, and they’re advertising that there’s a pool! We got stuck on the elevator for 15 mins. And we purchased 2 suites. They put us on floor 1 and 4! And the didn’t want us to get a refund. Btw staff is very rude! Never again!

the hvac unit in my room that went on & off all night was so loud it kept me up most of the night. it sound like a huge Mac truck was in the room . I waited for the sweet quiet when it stopped. just awful.

We liked the room, it was spacious, carefully prepared, also equipped with a kitchenette.

1. The mattress of the couch-bed 2. The fact that they use plastic and disposable kitchenware in breakfast. Such a waste!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

I was locked out of my room from 1am until 5am and had to sleep in my car until a handyman could fix the lock. This was completely unacceptable & I would like a refund on one night. See photos below for broken lock.

Gorgeous room with a very comfortable bed. Loved everything about the stay. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The number to the front desk could have been written in the room.

This property was clean, at a great location with friendly staff.

We almost ran out of toilet paper and we wish the trash was emptied daily.

The receptionist was always super kind with my parents who don’t speak English and had a good time in this well located place.
