We were here only for the Megadeth gig and the location was perfect for us. Also good breakfast, big rooms and cheap stay.

It took some time to figure out something about our reservation, but otherwise all good

The day I registered for the hotel the link I clicked on had a rate of $158 per day and the receipt I received had another rate of $177 and an address for Amsterdam,NL. I am not sure how this occurred but it is of great concern and caused me be fearful that ID theft may have occurred. My credit card has two charges $50 and $460.60. The receipt I received by email has $410.60. We decided to use booking.com to find the best rate and it's very concerning that ID theft may have occurred due to the amounts and addresses not known to us.

The rate I chose at booking .com had $158 per day and the rate I saw on my final receipt shows $177 per day. The amounts were different on my credit card statement. I see an amount for $460.60 and $50. The email I received a day prior to travel has $410.60. The address on my receipt say Amsterdam and I live in the USA and never lived anywhere outside of the USA. This is very alarming with so much ID theft.

Location was the reason we chose this place . They advertised walking distance to concert venue . However , the area had no sidewalks for pedestrians. Walkable ? Yes . Advisable ? No. They should consider rephrasing that .

When we checked in the room the bed wasn’t made . When I told them they gave us a different room . Not a huge deal

It was secluded but still close to a major highway so easy to get around.

Outside is definitely outdated and because it’s so secluded, made it feel a little sketchy.

The rooms were nice size

The pool wasn’t working and the people above us was loud in the middle of the night my husband had to go to the front desk 4 times to get them to quiet down

Location to the amphitheater was perfect and within walking distance. The room was exceptional, very nice, clean and well stocked. I could easily live there.

There was no mattress pad 🤮 and the hallways and elevator are filthy. The carpets in the hallways need cleaned badly or disposed of and the elevator is just gross

Everything was fine except the pool was closed and that was a huge disappointment.

It is located within walking distance of the concert venue which is why we chose it. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious.

Breakfast was mediocre but as expected for a continental breakfast. Our door was a bit wore and did not shut well and we had to pull/push to make sure it shut well.
