I loved the ample room and easy trips with the shuttle into town. The pool was a good size and the food was decent as well. Staff was very friendly especially Terry in concierge services. He had great recommendations.

The shuttle service stops at 10:30pm, I wish we had more time to enjoy town and perhaps a couple of location options. Uber ride back is about $25 each time.

Charged for pool fee and did not even use a pool once. We did stay only one night. They’ll give you $15 credit to use it for snacks or drinks and then they’ll charge you $15 on your credit card after you leave :-(

Sono arrivata la sera alle 23 e mi hanno mandato nell’hotel affianco (col quale collaborano) perché non avevano più stanze, una volta arrivata nel hotel affianco mi hanno rimandata indietro, allora sono tornata al primo hotel che mi hanno dovuto accompagnare loro. Our Room was very nice and very clean. The pool area was beautiful, there was a bar and live music, in addition to a hot tub. We didn't spend much time there, but it was only because we didn't have the time.

This isn't really a ding, however, the breakfast buffet was delicious, but it was pricey for what was offered. I've been at hotels with the same type of buffet and it was free.

Room was advertised as spacious with a full kitchen, the room was cramped with only a very small refrigerator and coffee machine.

Pool was nice, location was not.

The pullout coach didn't have sheets and it took over 45 minutes to get them when we were trying to get our kid in bed, the cable in our room didn't work and after we had it "worked on" still didn't work, drinks on the menu weren't served with the alcohol advertised (tequila drink advertised Silver Patron - bartender was using Espolon and said most people prefer it), bartender overcharged a drink, our $15 credit had to be requested in order to be applied (it wasn't automatic), the location of the pool is on the other side of the "T" where all of the traffic enters the island. It was way too loud. Should have some sort of wall to mitigate some of the sound.

Breakfast was good,nice and relax time.

We had a terrible experience a) Had a DEAD lizard in the room, poor housekeeping b) Couldnt use the sofa bed owing to the dead reptile and trash in the room (attaching pics) c) The front desk and manager REFUSED to even speak or understand the topic d) all family had to manage the night on one bed... TOTAL WASTE of Money ... dont recommend this property e) Even Booking.com are NOT able to speak/connect with them or address the matter All efforts in Vain; Terrible Experience ... with No Remorse from the Hilton Team

We really liked this hotel - it was our first time to Key West and they have a convenient shuttle that takes you Duval Street. They also give you a free alcoholic beverage for each day that you say as well as bottled water. They have a clean pool and tasty food to boot. Would recommend.

The pool/hottub and the salty lime were awesome. Very friendly staff as well. Shuttle to downtown was great. Access to the others Hiltons was a plus.

The cost did no match the room . It was not a very nice room, tv did not work and the safe did not work. Older looking room , bathroom more updated. Price way too high !!! Shuttle ends too soon all for Key West :(

The pool was nice.

The beds were so uncomfortable 🥴. We both tossed and turned all night. They had just replaced the mattress. They had no support what so ever. We asked what could be done and were told nothing but cancel the reservation. We finally flipped the mattress over which was not even a side to sleep on but it was better than the soft side.

A clean, tidy and comfortable unit in a well set out site. Pool and pool bar were excellent. The free shuttle service into Key West was terrific. A very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly driver. A great employee.

I don’t like resort fees although you got a bit back with a room credit.

elevator was broke and had a room on the 4th floor had a pull out bed in the couch didn't have any linens took over 2 hrs to get sheets called multiple times even went down to desk twice just so we could go to sleep

The first night we were placed in the room we didn't pay for, the bed was rock hard, the towels weren't clean. The elevator for the building room 201 had a rotted floor and was very soft to step on.
