The hotel was recently renovated. It had a lot of character. The valets were extremely friendly and a couple of the front desk people were as well. The room was clean and well decorated.

When their kitchen was open the lattes were great and breakfast sandwiches were good. It was hit and miss as to when the kitchen was open. Valet parking was $50.00 a day.

Clean and nice room

There was no hot water. So no shower which is a problem

Nothing. The entire stay was frustrating.

We arrived and they didn't have our room. We booked a double queen. They said they "upgraded" us to a king suite but that meant my 78 year old aunt had to sleep on a pull out couch. We called the front desk three times to get linens for her and my husband finally had to go down and them at 10pm! Additionally, it said there was a mini fridge and microwave, but when we asked, they said you have to request it. So I said, ok we need one. He said well we're out because there's a party and they needed them all. Absolutely frustrating, we lost our food we brought because of this. I asked them to bring up extra coffee too because there was only decaf and no sugar. No one brought it up. Incredibly disappointing considering how much we spent on the room. There were tons of people hanging out in the lobby smoking and vaping. The elevators and halls reeked of marijuana and people were smoking in the halls and lobby.

Great location, nice room and a restful night's sleep.

The glass door to the shower had been installed BACKWARDS, so you had to maneuver yourself around the toilet to get into the shower. It appears it was installed this way and was never repaired.

Convenient location.

The room and restaurant/lounge were very nice.

I like the shower the most

I did not like the fact that there was no minifridge or microwave in the room. I also found it inconvenient to have to go to the lobby to use the microwave when my room is on the third floor. It would serve the guests better to have the microwave available on all the floors.
