First time with a garden view room. Makes all the difference. Very pretty. Simple but nice breakfast. Always friendly staff. Location right off freeway with lots of stores and restaurants available.

The location was close to our son and daughter in law whom we were visiting. Beds were comfortable, the property grounds were nice and there was a washer and dryer we were able to use.

The headboards and end table between them were dusty, perhaps that room wasn’t used in a while. The window didn’t seem to close all the way. Also it was odd that anyone from outside could enter the hallways, completely opened and unlocked doors! Not real safe.

Overall still one of the best places to stay in the area. Nice, clean and big rooms. The staff was always willing to help. Excellent location, just a minute away from the HW, which means easy to get everywhere. I like it a lot and will definitely go back in the future.

Breakfast is not a real continental one, more like just a complimentary bagel & creme or several types of cereal.

Located close to my destination and the highway.

Room was musty and had a damp, mildew smell. not enough end tables / no where to put your things if you had more than one bag. Floors had debris and dust. Socks I wore in the room were disgusting. I left upon check out with two massive mystery bites on my body. Had to catch a flight, so did not have time to speak with anyone at the front desk. Overall disappointing lack of value for the price.

the garden was very pretty, and the rooms were clean and spacious! Some of the paint on the walls could use some TLC, but the bed and facilities were good and the staff were super friendly. Would stay again for sure!

First of all, I went to several hotels during my 14-day trip to the US, but this hotel was the friendliest. And the cost performance was good, and it was nice that it was close to Saddleback Church. All the staff, including the manager, treated me like family, welcomed me so much that I couldn't get this kind of treatment anywhere, and gave me the best service. There was also an issue where the hot water didn't come out for a while, but it was fixed perfectly the next day, paid back to some extent, and was full of apologetic feelings, so I knew the truth and felt grateful rather than complaining. I will go again the next time I go to the US and I recommend it to everyone around me. The staff are so friendly, that's it
