I liked that the motel was clean. The price of the motel was nice as well.

The fridge is in a weird place and made it difficult to gain access to.

Nice location just off the highway. Enjoyed relaxing at the pool.

Location, and pricing was tolerable. The room was clean, and the bed was solid/comfortable.

The Pool, was not clean. Needed pressure scrubbed around the cap tiles, scuppers, plus Dog crap, hadn't been removed. Cracked gunight, along the bottom, with a section actually missing. Only used that pool once. Preferred the Ocean, over at the Black Fin resort. Batteries needed replaced in the ceiling fan control device. The entire facility, is way over due, for renovations. We were there two yrs. ago, and the mgr., told us they were going to completely renovate the Sea Dell. When??? It's outlived it's capability to meet the customers expectations. Next time, its the Black Fin for us. Excellent, updated rooms, plus the point, marina, night lighting, and overall facilities.

Room, bath and the place was not clean. The place need to be updated badly.

It was in a great location. Easy access to the main road. Quiet area.

A few upgrades would be nice. My bathroom light didn’t work very well, but the room was clean & served it’s purpose.

The motel has the old Florida vibe, and we loved it so much! The man in the reception was super sweet. Great big room, fine bathroom. The location was nice too.

The motel is not like shown on the pictures on booking.com. It's not that pretty like it is shown. The room had a bad smell and is small for the price we paid.

the arrival and check in was super quick and the customer service was EXCELLENT! the beds were comfy and the room was clean! The room had everything you need for a short stay somewhere!

The only things I didn’t like were things that were cosmetic. This place has such wonderful grounds that a few quick fixes could be had. simply a cosmetic upkeep if the money is there. Start with one room and see how it goes. I honestly was incredibly happy with the stay, I knew what to expect and I would happily return any time!

pool cold and needed work, old shower, room damp and floor wet in areas. Bed very hard. Seemed like people were living in the motel and gathering in common areas. Would not stay again.

Guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Fun to talk with. Room was already cool inside when I opened to door. Small fridge, microwave and TV included. It was a great place to stay.

It's an old setup with old fixtures, but I really didn't care. It was pretty clean, but the light fixtures above each bed had a pretty good amount of coated dust on them. Maybe they were overlooked. Otherwise, it was clean.
