Lights at night were a nice addition, everything else was nice and charming. I was at the hotel 6 years ago and came back to the keys now. We hope to come back again.

Bathroom is a bit small with no table to place toiletries. All is ok but there is no place (room 103) where to place things for shaving or make up for ladies

Nothing.

Had permanent residents living at the hotel...chickens and stray dogs wandering in the parking lot. Loud obnoxious residents playing music. publicly getting intoxicated and using drugs and talking loudly in Spanish.

I liked the location (143) we were transferred to because of some TV issues we had with our original room. Being right on the channel was good. Manatees were cruising around the docks there. Bed was relatively comfortable for me.

Everything went really well. We arrived early, and they were happy to let us into our room. The gal at the desk was so friendly and kind. She was there when checked and when we checked out... always very pleasant. She had nice recommendations for us about places to eat. The pool looked good, wish we would have had more time to enjoy it. It was really nice that there was coffee available in the morning.

Liked everything about the Kingsail Resort.

Room was very clean, but has not enough towels, I made a reservation for 6 and only 4 towels were there. The sofa bed sheets Clorox smell strongly and I'm allergic, so I didn't rest and also it is so uncomfortable, they need to replace it. I'm cuban and the front desk woman was a little racist since she explained a lot were dining and so to the client in line before me, when I asked, she only mentioned, you can go next to us and she didn't gave me in writing the restaurant name as she did to the other customers. No towels in the pool, also it was so cold. Will not recommended.

no cutlery no appliances to make a simple breakfast, very close to the big road

Room had been rehabbed very nicely. Could see older Keys type accommodations which made it a bit nostalgic.

Providing breakfast would have made it perfect. Coffee at the dock was wonderful but a few steps more into a continental breakfast would be great.

clean spacious room, quiet, easy to find off main highway, dock area lovely lots of wildlife to see, pool pleasant, plenty of outside seating for picnics etc, nice bar/restaurant next door

It was great

The Resort is easily accessible, has a nice looking pool and a pier. The room was clean and tidy and had a small kitchen island. Parking was close to the room and for free.

The kitchen had no cutleries nor plates. From the images it is not clear that one bed is in the "kitchen"/"living room" area and the other one has an own room. You have to pass through the room to get into the bathroom which is cumbersome. There are only 3 chairs although we booked for 4 people.
