It was convenient to the interstate and restaurants.

staff didn’t change our towels after we repeatedly requested it for 3 straight days; found blood stains in the bedding! elevator was broken and forced us to carry bags down 3 floors.

The breakfast was OK. Sausages, every morning, was overcooked and dried. Not a big selection for guests with food allergies.

Location was great. Price was good. These was a front desk worker that was working very hard and was very pleasant. The breakfast bar in the morning was very good.

Some areas were very dirty. The pool and surrounding area was dirty. If you looked around the outside of the fence surrounding the pool there was garbage everywhere. There were areas in the room covered in dust and just hadn't been cleaned. I had to get my own towels daily and the garbage was overflowing in the room and also in the outside garbage.

Good breakfast. Clean room and hotel in general.

The air conditioner worked very well

Breakfast was the same thing on both days. The toilet Flushed so slow. The next time I used it it overflowed

The breakfast was subpar. we have noticed a decline in the quality of breakfast offerings across Hampton properties. The variety and quality of the breakfast justified spending a few extra bucks. No longer a perk and will consider other options in the future.

I came and checked in around 3 and they said the room wasn’t ready and they’ll cal me so i waited about a hour and checked again still not ready.. waited til about 5/6 still no call had to go back in and check.
