Good location. Very clean
Ice machine on floor out of order. Breakfast was okay. Toaster not working. No eggs

The hotel has been recently remodeled. Very clean and modern looking. Beds were comfortable. This hotel is close to restaurants. Parking area was well lit. All the staff that we encountered was friendly. The breakfast was good, and lots of seating in the breakfast area.

The beds were comfortable
A lot of things I did not like value for money. Me my wife and our two other couples could have spent the same amount of money and got our tub n to go swimming. It was my wife's birthday and we wanted somewhere nice to stay we was under the assumption that there was a tub in the room nope! Booking.com even sent a confirmation email saying that the hotel has a balcony with a view a tub a dishwasher in the room etc. I spent almost a 180 bucks a night for a standard room! And when we asked about the amenities the front desk lady laughed and looked at us like we was crazy. Very rude on her part. The third shift gentleman was very kind and nice. He was going to email his manager and say something about the whole thing. Idk if he ever did. But I will not be staying in that hotel ever again

Full price when the whole hotel basically was under construction.

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast is good. Plenty of choices and also hot food. Good selection and variety of foods for everyone.
Hotel is being remodeled and is messy on the first floor. The pool and fitness area is closed. Breakfast was in the business center.

Rooms were showing wear. Terrible looking wall paper with patches in bathroom. Shower head separated from wall. Definitely needs some TLC. Second floor rooms smelled musty.

So very clean! It was way nicer inside than I expected. Crazy nice staff. Very very nice free breakfast! The kids loved the pool. For the value and everything, it was so worth it. We will for sure stay again cause we have family in the area and it was a looong drive. :)

our TV remote would not work. The African American young man at the desk went out of his way to help us. the other man…not so much . he just looked at me and basically said so what!!!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were nice. Beds comfortable.
I tried to get key on phone but couldn't. We had to repeatedly get new key cards for rooms. No the cards we not near are phones. Prices were higher than I think I was quoted. Asking booking.com about this. Have not heard from them yet.

Front desk staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was awesome. Breakfast had a good selection.
The pillows were to soft for me but that's just my preference.

Our room was clean
I am not sure what happened, but we booked a king suite with a king bed and a sofa bed through booking.com. Got to the hotel and there was only a king sized bed. We were told because the hotel was sold out they couldn’t correct. They did bring us a cot which my husband slept on. Unfortunately his legs hung off by a foot. They did take some off of the cost, but even at that rate it was too much for the room we received

The front desk staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Nice and close to Ball State University.
Our room was clean but definitely needs an update. We overlooked a cement wall about 5 feet away from our window so our room felt like a dungeon. When using the shower there was water leaking from the ceiling above. Would not stay here again.

Breakfast. No coffee due to machine issue. No apologies. No attempt to get replacement service in. Just a “too bad attitude”. No coffee in morning is a big deal. And No one cared.

We had no hot water for showers. It was barely luke warm. The cover on the beds weren’t soft….very rough and uncomfortable for sleeping.

was on 2nd floor, and the Hallway had a terrible smell. not sure if it was food someone was at the hotel was cooking, but the smell was horrrible, maybe get some fresh smelling spray or something to fix that smell if it is still there.
always a problem with me is the dryness of these Hotels. But that is not anything that can me fixed, it just is so dry.
