the a/c unit was on Celsius, toilet was wobbly, sink didn’t drain properly, shower took forever to get warm

I liked the staff- cheerful, friendly, helpful. I liked the value. I liked/appreciated the cleanliness. The floor was clean (I walked barefooted), the bed was comfortable and clean. The curtains kept the daylight out (as I wanted in the morning). The tub was clean (ignoring the half bar of used soap, obviously overlooked). Plenty of towels and wash cloths. My room was quiet and odor free. I slept well. Checkout was quick and easy.

I did not like the cold lobby - the staff wore medium weight jackets/sweatshirts. I didn't like the half bar of used soap left on the bathtub. I didn't like the 10 minutes of running the tub hot water to get hot water. I did not care for the hysteresis of the wall heating unit - overshoot and undershoot the set temperature, but I had plenty of heat controllable with the hysteresis. I did not like the level of lighting illumination - needs more lights or brighter bulbs, especially over the sink. I didn't like that the shower curtain absorbed water instead of being waterproof.

I was not made aware at the time of the booking that the pool was closed I would have went to a different hotel I would really like at least half of my money back

Smelled of heavy smoke, the fridge buzzed so loud I eventually just unplugged it, and receptionists were never at the front desk. When I finally did get some help at the front desk he was unfriendly and rude. There was also dust everywhere and the shower was crumbling. I wasn't expecting a 5-star hotel, but for the price I paid, I expected more.

I have stayed here several times over the last couple years. It is surprisingly clean, & comfortable in the rooms.

Close to where I needed to be, relatively clean and a very comfortable bed. Well lit parking lot close to plenty of dining options. Friendly staff.

Nothing really. I would stay here again.

It was near Ball State

The room is dated. There was no one at the front desk at check out to give me a receipt so we just left our cards on the desk. The fridge in the room was loud and buzzed all night. Rooms are dated. Room was humid.

Bed was just a touch softer than the floor. Hard. King size bed with small pillows. Slept rough. Air conditioning vent in the unit was filthy. If I didn’t come there with breathing problems I sure left with them. Place smelled very musty. Tv remote didn’t work. Wash cloths were so thin you can see through them in places.

Run down, smelled of smoke, first room we were sent to hadn’t been cleaned. second room had food on the wall and stains on the dust cover of the bed. shower was really small and very run down.
