There was parking space right in front of the entrance to the hotel, friendly staff, okay breakfast. The room has a good distribution and space although it needs some maintenance works.

The facilities description includes a gym which was not available. When asking the staff, the fitness center seems out of order for no reason or no idea when it will be available. The hotel was chosen based on this so it was quite a disappointment. Our key stopped working and we had to wait more than an hour to get into our room again which messed up our day tour.

It’s a great inexpensive stay I’ve been going her for years and never had a problem lol and YES THEY GOT BREAKFAST. They are pet friendly with fee lol , but they have pool, fitness, and etc.I stayed with my wife and kids and stay was great overall Kidd friendly too , spacious rooms and etc

People on 3rd floor kids bumping like they in a marching band…I kno kids should be free but it was as if they was having a lil uzi concerte upove lol.

The facility needs to be updated; I've been coming here since 2020 and everything is still the same. Needs new tvs and repaint the tub, smells like cigarettes on the entire first floor

Bathroom faucet had black gunk coming out of it when I first turned on! Afraid to brush teeth at faucet, used bottle water.

Some carpet stains, shower/bath cleanliness was questionable.

The only thing I didn’t particularly like was at breakfast, the sausage links available was the worst and cheapest. I found everything else to be fine.

My room was infested with roaches some has eggs still attached to its body. I informed the front desk asked for a manager but, rep told me the manager wasn’t on the property and all he did was take a note of my complaint. Also, on one morning housekeeping opened my room for while me and my husband were still in bed watching tv. Didn’t knock just used her key to help herself! I also broke out with a rash.

Room was in bad condition and dirty found trash behind the nightstand and there was mold growing around the bathroom mirror!! And walls needed cleaning from food or drink splatter and carpet was stained with either red fingernail polish or worse… Over all I did tell management whom offered to move us to another room but I was checking out anyway and she did tell me out of fairness to the property manager that they just took over this location and they were going to be doing renovations and a deeper cleaning and inspection 🧐 so I would suggest staying there a year from now if at all!!

I don’t even know where to start. I’m surprised this property is even allowed on booking.com. My 1st room was disgusting & that’s being generous. Was given a second room and asked the front desk lady to come look at it with me, she didn’t even want me to talk all the way in bc of how bad it was. Then she “upgraded” my room and after driving for 13 hours to get to Houston , I didn’t want to keep changing rooms and transporting my luggage, so I said I’ll take that room. None of the output worked, look, I could go on and on about everything wrong with it. It gave me motel/prostitution vibes. I have no idea how they are still in business. Anyways, I found available rooms at the staybridge (absolutely stunning) around the corner & booked it. I told the front desk lady that the property wouldn’t work for us and wanted to check out and she told me she wouldn’t refund me bc we “used” the room. I hated everything about that place! Even the Burger King in the same parking was trashy!

Carpet was not cleaned, getting smell, and many stains, in room Seating chair got stained, ac vents are having chewing gum got stuck, Booth room hinge was broken, and it’s door was not getting closed properly. Smoking zone is at the main entrance, should be moved too far from the main entrance.

Could have been a little cleaner. Our toilet seat was peeling the protective coating off, which made it appear very dirty. Not to mention, once the protective coating is peeling, it's no longer easy to clean, so it's not very sanitary
