Food was great and staff were approachable. New hotel. There is a good Taco food truck just beside it.

The first room assigned to us has a refrigerator that had a liquid leaking with a very strong odor that seems like from a soiled food. It was leaking up to the carpet and stunk the entire room. There were some dirt on the floor that already sticked to the carpet. Maintenance/cleaning staff were not available after 5 pm so were got moved to another room, however, the beddings were not complete, There were no extra beddings for the sofa bed. The lady from the front desk gladly provided some sheets however, there was no blanket available so I was given 3 bed sheets to use as a blanket.

The staff was very very knowledgeable. The lady at the front desk was super Miss Vanessa. I think her name was Vanessa. She was awesome. She had braids in her hair Coco brown complexion with glasses. Very nice young lady very respectful yes ma’am no ma’am.

The room was perfect. my grandbabies liked it the pool it was very clean very clean.

The breakfast was excellent as always.

I did not get a receipt. When I checked in they asked for another credit card they put a pending hold for $125.00 on that credit card. And then refuse to give me a receipt for the pending hole that they charge my credit card. I'm very sorry but the way they're handling things not giving out receipts and putting mysterious hold on people cards sounds a lot like money laundering. I do not like staying at places that seem shady and unlawful.

Alot of fixtures in rooms aren't working. Maid are too slow getting rooms ready for rental.

Breakfast was horrible. My biggest complaint is one morning I left the hotel around 8am it rained that day on my return to hotel was completely dark due to a power outage. I was not able to get to my room all day. What hotel does not have back up generators? I asked to be compensated for the loss of use of the hotel and wa told no…
