the room was cozy and very comfortable. , with what i needed for my stay.

i did not like the fact the pool and hot tub was out of order due to renovations being made. that was one of the main reasons i had chose to stay at your hotel, along with its location. that was very disappointing to me to find out one of my main reasons for choosing your establishment was void due to something i was not made aware of. i was also informed by the front desk clerk, i wasn't the only guest who had been unaware of the indoor pool and hot tub closing. it is not listed on the booking site. however, i made due.

I live about four hours away, booked this specific hotel because of the pool and jacuzzi but they were closed for renovations which had I known I wouldn’t had booked this hotel. my kids were extremely disappointed and I couldn’t get my money back. The breakfast buffet was also horrible.

The accommodations in our king room were comfortable and very clean despite appearing somewhat dated.

The maintenance man came up the next day and found heater was not fixable and facilitated us getting moved to a different room within an hour. He made sure the new room was ready and had it nice and warm for when we moved to it. He was very nice and professional.

We had no heat in our room the first night. It was very cold and could not get comfortable. Had to wait till next morning to get the situation dealt with.

the pool wasn’t closed for the weekend due to maintenance and we ended up checking out a day before and booking at another hotel

Good breakfast, healthy options available.

Evening check-in staff was a bit abrasive however morning staff were happy and bubbly making up for bumpy check-in. Pool & Spa down time for maintenance too long, would have stayed elsewhere.

I love the rooms and the staff’s was very nice.

I LIKE the decor of the hotel, everything looked fresh and clean. I loved the size of the room. The room was cold and a maintenence men came quickly to adjust temperature. Asked for a blanket and the same staff person bought that quickly and asked if we needed anything else. The breakfast was delicious. Loved our stay ❤️

Most hotels have a extra blanket and pillow in the closet. But having full size soap and lotion was a super plus.

Rooms clean, customer service (Tanya and Chante). Beds comfortable.
