If I could give this a zero I would everything was fine until I woke up in the morning and saw a roach crawling on the wall in the bathroom. I called them to inform them about the issue and was told that they can't stop 100% of bugs that come in we're in TX we have bugs. I have bugs in my house. I said we'll any room I ever stayed in never had bugs and my house never had roaches and he was like oh well thats good then. I cut my 4 night stay short and checked out that morning. I don't think I should of even been charged for one night one because of the roach and 2 because of the ridiculous response I got from the front desk dude. Horrible! Would never stay here again. I'll stick with The Hilton!

The continental breakfast was very low budget. The sausage patti and the little egg omelette seem like they were out of a box and microwaved. Saw a roach go across the nightstand.

halls smelled old like carpet needed to be replaced and while the bathroom was ok it could use new paint and caulk. really not very clean under the sink area which was visible when sitting on the toilet.

I liked the location of the hotel because it was near stores and restaurants. The room was spacious for my family. The staff was friendly.

I did not like the breakfast as there was no variety. I was only able to have breakfast once because it ended at 9:30am. I personally would like for breakfast to end at 10am. The trash cans in the room did not have trash bags.

The hotel had a very bad smell, the breakfast selection was not as expected. We have recently stayed at two different Holiday Inn Express Hotels and the breakfast was much better. The beds were full size not queens and they were not as comfortable as the other two locations we stayed the two previous weeks. The carpet throughout the hotel was stained and the upkeep of the hotel has not been priority.
