breakfast was good and staff was nice

i was supposed to have a jaucuzzi in the room but it was broken and they moved me without my knowledge. If your jacuzzi is broken then dont advertise having one.

We had no hand soap at all. When I asked the front desk. The man stated they are waiting for a delivery for soap. We had no hot water in the room We had to switch to another room

Felt we over paid for what we got! Front desk was charging card when we wanted to pay cash, then was told we had to use card. People shouldn't have to use cards if they don't want to! Floors are gross, You can feel it on your feet when you walk barefoot. Carpets need to be cleaned, not just vacuumed. Hallway floors needed help too. Shower door was nasty all around edges. Toilet paper holder not holding paper on roll.

bed sheets would not stay on bed, they kept popping off at corners. air conditioner leaked on floor leaving the floor wet. AC unit right outside room was so loud!! We didn’t complain to staff. We didn’t want to be a bother to anyone. We were given a 1rst floor room because , we were told upon check in that there were no other rooms clean at the time. Hampton inn has always been our hotel of choice, but we are now considering maybe we should try something different. The staff was Top Notch!! super nice!!!

The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. The breakfast was typical for a Hotel with a continental breakfast and fully stocked. I was offered the choice to move to another room, which we did.

There was no air conditioning in the main lobby, elevators, or hallways going to the rooms. There was an awful smell in the hallways like stinky water, and the rooms smelled horrible. I went to the front desk to ask to change the room, and the next one was similar but not as bad. I wondered why there was such an awful smell and I was told it was the cleaning supplies she thought. When asked if they had the carpets cleaned recently she said she did not know. There were 4 rented portable air conditioner units in the eating area that also smelled. I wondered if there was some leak or water spill but was told she did not know. The smell caused my family to have extreme headaches (smelled like a really bad air freshener). The bathroom door would not close it was warped. The shower was very dirty inside and cleaning products were still on the sides of the walls of the shower and not having been washed off. The lights did not work in the queen room our kids had and the blinds would not close in their room.

Hot tub in the room that didn’t work? Not very clsssy. And I didn’t even get a washcloth for the second night of my stay.
